Brooke Logan in the spotlight

Spoilers for The Bold and the Beautiful reveal that a special stand-alone episode will air on March 24 that showcases the lovers of Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang). The CBS soap is celebrating 35 years of being on the air and Lang is one of only two original cast members to remain on the soap from the premiere episode. The other is John McCook who portrays Eric Forrester.

Soaps.com reveals that Brooke's current husband Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) will be on hand during the special episode as will his father Eric who once was married to the blonde from the Valley. Brooke's Stallion and favorite rebound Dollar Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) will make an appearance as will two ex-lovers who are no longer on The Bold and the Beautiful. These are Winsor Harmon as Thorne Forrester and Jack Wagner as Nick Morone.

The Bold and the Beautiful Throwback

Spoilers do not say that Wagoner and Harmon are making an actual return visit to LA although this might be possible. It is more likely that Marone and Thorne will be shown in flashbacks although this has not been confirmed. Deacon Sharp (Sean Kanan) is not mentioned in the stand-alone episode although he is currently on the scene. Whatever happens, Brooke will be in the valley of decision and thinking about the men in her life.

Ridge and Brooke have admitted still loving one another but Deacon and Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) are waiting in the wings and manipulating the situation. Deacon has admitted his love for Brooke and Taylor has done the same for Ridge.

Steffy Finnigan, (Jackie Wood) Thomas Forrester ((Matthew Atkinson), and Hope Spencer (Anika Noelle) are all interjecting their opinions so Brooke will probably be doing some soul searching. B&B viewers are overwhelmingly against this repeat of the love triangle from the past between Ridge, Taylor, and Brooke but it looks like the writers have decided to let it play out.

Brooke Logan and her family affairs

Brooke knows how to keep things all in the family when it comes to the men she sleeps with. Some who watch The Bold and the Beautiful say they are disgusted at her lack of morals. She and Ridge are supposed to be soulmates but her actions seem to tell a different story.

Ridge and Nick are half brothers as they share Massimo Marone (Joe Mascola) for a father. Eric is Thorne's dad and Ridge's stepfather. Brooke has been in bed with half-siblings, stepbrothers, and her father-in-law. Deacon once was married to Brooke's daughter Bridget Logan (Ashley Jones) and Dollar Bill is currently married to but separated from her sister Katie Logan (Heather Tom).

Ridge was once married to Katie who also slept with Dollar Bill's son Wyatt Spencer (Darrin Brooks). This reveals that Brooke has stolen men from her daughter and a sibling. There is also the fact that Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) was married to Eric who she called her honey bear which means Brooke has slept with the same men as both her sisters and her daughter.

Brooke and Taylor's dynamic

While we are going down memory lane it's worth mentioning that Ridge is not the only man that Brooke and Taylor have in common as Dr. Hayes has also slept with Nick and Thorne as well as Brooke's son Rick Forrester (Jacob Young). Taylor also had affairs with both of Brooke's brothers Stephen Logan (Patrick Duffy) and Storm Logan (William deVry).

The dynamic between the two women seems to fuel their every action and perhaps some of this will be explored during the stand-alone episode or at a later date. Be sure to tune in to The Bold and the Beautiful on March 24 and be on the lookout for updates related to current storylines. Congratulations to Katherine Kelly Lang for 35 years on the CBS soap.
