Tera Kya Hoga Lovely Movie Review

Friends, this week a movie came out that was released secretly. Yes, I am talking about the comedy-drama movie Tera Kya Hoga Lovely. Finally, I have finished watching this movie, and let's talk about my experience.

Well, Tera Kya Hoga Lovely. This movie was ready in 2020–21; earlier, its title was Fair and Lovely; after that, its name was changed to Fair and Unlovely; and now this movie has been released with the name Tera Kya Hoga Lovely.

In 'Tera Kya Hoga Lovely,' we meet Lovely, a girl in Haryana with dark skin who's having a tough time finding a husband. Her dad tries to help by offering more money for her marriage, but things go wrong when those contributions are stolen. To find out how it all unfolds, you have to check out the movie.

Tera Kya Hoga Lovely Review

Now if I were to describe the review of the Tera Kya Hoga Lovely movie in a few words, I would only say that you should not expect anything before going to watch this movie because if you go with high expectations, then you will be disappointed; otherwise, this movie is not that bad. It doesn't mean that you can't tolerate it or that you don't like this movie.

First of all, the marketing of this movie has been done at a very low level. It would have been better if the movie was released on OTT, and listen to the worst thing: the entire story was shown inside the trailer itself, so if you have seen the trailer, then you will have almost seen the entire movie. There are just some comedy punches, some emotions, and comedy dialogues that you will like; otherwise, the structure of the entire story has been explained to you within the trailer itself. This thing was quite bad.

The photograph was carefully relocated to a secure zone and then showcased from that vantage point.

See, this movie has not brought any new topics; similar movies have come to Bollywood before, and the presentation was also very dull. I mean, its message is quite strong, but in the name of comedy, the seriousness of the movie is somewhat less.

Yes, the climax is a bit emotional but, at the same time, predictable.

The comedy thriller film Bala was released in 2019, and the message has been conveyed in such an amazing way that you will enjoy it.

In terms of comedy, I would like to say that some comedy scenes, of course, are quite good when you laugh.

Actors Performances

If I talk about the acting of the actors, then Randeep Hooda is already a Haryanvi, so his Haryani accent was quite good, and the zone he was in for this character was in the comfortable zone. There was nothing tough for him; he did the work well.

Ileana D'Cruz's casting is very wrong. I mean, they could have cast a dark-skinned heroine because, after Tamanna Bhatia, Ileana D'Cruz is the only one who is so fair.

So if you add coal to butter cream, then it will not work. The same problem was there in the Bala movie also.

I liked the character of Karan Kundra very much, in which there was a lot of scope for comedy, but sadly, Karan Kundra's acting was not that special, meaning he did not do anything different to be praised.

Why did Varun Sharma sign this movie that I don't know means there was no scope for his character.

Pawan Malhotra did a decent job in the movie, and the music was just okay—nothing really catchy.

Conclusion

Overall, the movie follows a typical formula; it's not amazing, but it's not bad either. The first part was sometimes slow and not very interesting. Even though it follows a familiar pattern, I wasn't enjoying it much in the beginning. The second part, however, gets better. The main problem is that there's a lot of randomness, and some serious stuff doesn't quite fit well.

The good thing is that this movie is a family movie, which means you can enjoy this movie with the whole family. In terms of pedal guidance, there is nothing vulgar or adult in the movie.

Friends, have you seen this movie? If you have seen it, do not forget to leave your views in the comments. That's all for now. See you soon.
