Anni Kerr (Karis Cameron) is a high school senior with big plans for her future. She has her sights locked on Pine State--the college she and her best friend Katie Turner (Rachelle Gillis) have been talking about going to since they were kids. The only thing standing in their way is Anni's SAT math score. With retakes coming up, Anni worries that if her grade doesn't improve, she won't be able to join Katie at Pine State. Even with the encouragement of her mother Jennifer (Stefanie von Pfetten), Anni is still worried as she prepares to hit the books.

Cyn's WorkshopPublished 2 years ago in GeeksMy Review of "The Good Liar"
The Good Liar is a dramatic movie that came out back in 2019. I would have loved for it to be a mystery movie but they don't give you enough clues to categorize it as a mystery. Instead what we have is a movie that opens up with tons of different layers as it slowly unravels before your eyes.

While still a faction worry in the UK, this Spanish thrill ride is the real time feature's most well known unfamiliar show. As it returns, its maker and stars clarify how it became unmissable.
Money Heist Season 5 Vol 2 without Tokyo. Series review
*Spoiler Alert* It's been three months since we were left with one of the most stunning minutes in Money Heist as Tokyo's (Ursula Corbero) character met with a difficult demise. It was a second that hit more enthusiastically to us than The Professor (Alvaro Morte) and his team and here we are once more, as the last season gets in the repercussions of her demise. A few questions were left unanswered and they will gradually be unraveled through the last five scenes of the series. The Spanish series which turned into an enormous worldwide peculiarity ends up under tremendous strain as all eyes are on the finale and these five scenes will decide the destiny of the show and how it will be recollected. It certainly doesn't have any desire to fall into the organization of other advertised shows, for example, Game of Thrones which conveyed frustrating finales and left their fanbase strong surprise.

In this long-awaited follow-up to the 80’s classic, Callie (Carrie Coon) and her two children, Phoebe (Mckenna Grace) and Trevor (Finn Wolfhard), move to a secluded farmhouse in Oklahoma that was left to them by Carrie’s estranged father. It turns out that Carrie’s father was none other than former Ghostbuster Egon Spengler, and when a supernatural force is unleashed once again, just as Spengler had predicted before his death, his descendants, along with Phoebe’s summer school teacher Mr. Grooberson (Paul Rudd), must stop this evil once and for all.

The more mature reader will remember Brooke Shields as a youngster. Her beauty graced a film, considered a bit of a scandal at the time; The Blue Lagoon.

Cyn's WorkshopPublished 2 years ago in GeeksMy Review of "Monsters University"
Monsters University came out back in 2013. I watched the movie not too long after that so this is my second viewing. Back when I first watched it, I remember having a lot of fun watching it and I wanted to revisit that joy. As with always, I've grown a new perspective of the movie after watching it years later.

The Tattooist: A torturous tattoo parlor is the first destination on this 10-stop review train. The Tattooist barely reaches the 1-minute mark, so it doesn't waste time getting to the sinister secret that the tattooist (played by Yanhu Wong) is hiding behind his neon sign and flower wallpaper. Even if you're not a horror fanatic, you'll probably guess what it is before you even start the movie. What The Tattooist lacks in originality, it makes up for with its style. For a short film helmed by a first-time director and made on an estimated $10,000, The Tattooist packs quite the visual punch.
