This is my second casting list for a live action Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic movie. Here is the first:

- Jolee Bindo

Juhani is one of the more interesting characters that I remember from my time playing KOTOR. Everything from her redemption storyline that was incredibly well done for such a short portion of the game.

Even her being the first LGBTQ member of Star Wars was an amazing addition to these games that helped her character be a standout to me while I was growing up playing this series.

Juhani is one of the first tests you face in game that will influence the ending. By choosing to try and save or kill Juhani, you could cause a massive change to your gameplay.

She was a padawan who gave into her rage and struck down her master in a confrontation. Believing her to be dead, she fled to a grove near the Jedi enclave on Dantooine where she influenced kath hounds in the area. This caused them to attack locals to allow her to live in peace.

This was when Revan came to either save her or kill her. The correct choice was to save her and she would then join you on your journey and be loyal to you for her salvation from the dark side of the force.

Juhani is an emotional Jedi who will teeter on the edge of the dark and light sides of the force. She is knowledgeable but is a follower who does not speak her mind often.

The loyalty she shows to Revan is what makes her character standout to the others. She even becomes somewhat of a love interest if you choose to play Revan as a female.

Here are the 10 actresses that would be perfect for a live action version of the character.

Sarah Hyland

Outside of Modern Family, Hyland’s credits are sparse with any meaningful work, so there isn’t a good amount of film to base this decision on.

Hyland checked a good amount of boxes for me when I was trying to think of actresses. She has beautiful piercing eyes, solid age range, and has a social following that would appeal to the Star Wars producers.

Hyland is someone who has talent but isn’t a household name yet despite her following of fans. It’s a casting move that fits the usual Star Wars mold.

Karen Gillan

Gillan has proven to be great at playing a conflicted alien teetering between good and evil in Guardians of the Galaxy. This makes her as Juhani somewhat repetitive, but I thought she was too strong a fit to leave off of the list.

I’m not thrilled about her age, it being 31 is higher than I was looking for, but Juhani’s age is flexible enough to make this work. It comes down to Disney's willingness to overlook aging up the character for an actress that is sure to deliver a perfect performance.

Liza Koshy

If your’e not a big fan of the Vlog Squad - a major YouTube group of vloggers -then you may not have ever heard of Liza Koshy. Let me be the first to introduce you to one of the up and coming talents in Hollywood.

She’s one of those rare people who can do just about anything under the sun, but her comedic ability as an actress is something she’ll be a legend for in 30 years.

I want her to be high on this list but until I see her in a more dramatic role I’m hesitant, but just know that she would be a great casting for any Star Wars film.

Lily Collins

After Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile she started to gain a little traction in her career until she was stopped dead in her tracks by the disappointment of Tolkien.

She's still a capable actress with a future that's looking bright, but I know she would've like to finish her 2019 just as well as she started. If the failure that was The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones didn't permanently derail her then nothing will however.

Despite some poor role choices, she's still one of the most capable actresses on this list.

Rita Ora

So much could be said about this casting choice but it seems like a role that fits what Ora has been trying out in her young career. She's been experimenting with roles for a couple years trying to understand what works best for her and what fits her skillset.

Taking on serious roles that require a little more chop has been more than she can handle at this point in time but I think a supporting role in a franchise like Star Wars could help with he range.

Alisha Boe

13 Reasons Why gave her the opportunity to prove that she is one of the more talented actresses in the upcoming generation. I like the idea of her getting the chance at a major franchise that could launch her career further.

If there was a role in the universe that fit her it was also Juhani whose dual personality type would fit some of what we've seen in her previous works.

Cara Delevingne

When I first went to make this list, Delevingne was number one for me. Over time I've started looking deeper into her track record and her abilities and while I think she'd be a great fit for the role, I don't think she's as clear cut as first thought.

She's a capable actress but her attempts at blockbuster franchises has been extremely disappointing. Even her lighter work has left many fans realizing that she might not be the superstar actress that it looked like she was going to become.

Maybe a role like this would be a nice refresher.

Lilli Reinhardt

I used to be a big fan of Riverdale. Then I realized that the writing was only going to continue to get worse as seasons went on. So, I jumped ship. However, Reinhardt proved to be the most capable young star on the show and is currently in need of a way out of the pit that seems to be the CW.

Even while having nothing but horrible lines of dialogue, she was still able to at least give the scenes a fighting chance. I'm a big fan of her talent and what the future holds for her.

A role like Juhani that could give a young actress with a lot of range to work with a really nice introduction to the main stream cinema.

Hailee Steinfeld

I feel like any young adult role automatically goes to Steinfeld but she's talented enough to get that recognition. After having a successful outing with her lead role in Bumblebee.

Recently, she has only solidified herself as a leading woman with the Apple TV series Dickinson receiving solid reviews. While Juhani wouldn't be a leading role, I think that any Star Wars role comes with it's own merit and Juhani's character gives an actress a lot to play with.

Sophie Turner

Game of Thrones gave all the Stark children a jumping off point in their careers and no GOT alumni has dipped their toes into the blockbuster pool like Sophie Turner and her attempt at leading a rebooted X-Men franchise. To no fault of her own she couldn't right that ship.

Able to convey the darker side of Juhani's redemption arc. Comparing Juhani to Sana Stark isn't obvious but there are some similarities. Being able to portray the heartache and pain that Juhani goes through from killing her master and finding her way back to the light side. It's relatable to Sansa Stark after fighting her way back to Winterfell.

Turner would be an amazing addition to the Star Wars universe with her abilities as an actress and her athletic build that would make for a believable Jedi warrior.
