After suffering their shameful defeat at Ennies Lobby, Lucci & his Comrades were hunted by Marines. Despite their defeat & desperate situation, Lucci was not discouraged! instead of going into hiding, he & his Comrades had completely crushed the Marines who were sent to Capture them.

The Promise 💥

He made a vow to Return & within two years he made True of his Promise. Lucci & his Nakama trained intensely until they were able to awaken their Haki abilities. They were then able to accomplish an unknown feat which gained the acknowledgement of The World Government.

Whatever they had done, allowed them to become reinstated & even Promoted into the Ranks Of Cipher Pol's Greatest Unit in Current History. Lucci & Kaku are confirmed agents to have returned into the Organization. Spandam is apart of the unit as well but this time he's the underling of Rob Lucci as he should be‼️

Cipher Pol Vs Blackbeard Pirates 🏴‍☠️

Rob Lucci was likely involved when CP0 Clashed with Emperor Blackbeard & his Titanic Fleet, briefly in their encounter at Baltigo Island. Blackbeard supposedly retreated & normally he would only do so if the threat is real enough. The Revolutionary number 2 Sabo himself also acknowledges the threat CP0 brings as enemies.

This Was indeed a very significant event! It had made front Page News for that exact reason. not only was The Revolutionaries HQ discovered, But it also Involved an Emperor & The World Governments Mysterious Organization. The Revolutionaries Vs Cipher Pol

The biggest discredit that plagues Rob Lucci is the fact that most fans would assume that he's not any more Powerful now that he's in The New World. For Lucci to make good on his Vow means that he has taken his defeat in a positive way! unlike most individuals who would Give Up, This Agent would use his loss to Invigorate himself.

He would then use his Increased Strength to Clash with Revolutionaries all around The World! One becomes Stronger through their Battles & with the chance of Rob Lucci encountering & Battling The Likes Of Sabo, there's no way that he isn't a Warrior to be wary of On The Battlefield even now.

In One Piece Gold, Oda teased us with the clash between Cipher Pols Rob Lucci and Revolutionary Sabo. We know that the movies are non-canon but with certain dialogue and events within the canon story, there can be a possible rivalry between the two Motive Driven men. Lucci was in fact Present at The Reverie & has been pursuing the Revolutionaries, so with Four of their Commanders in One Place, I'm certain he & his Comrades would take advantage of this Insane Opportunity to Capture The Leaders Of Dragons Army!
