Monday on The Young and the Restless

March brings madness to many Genoa City residents

Nikki tried to ease her daughter’s mind.

On Monday’s episode of The Young and the Restless, a number of Genoa City residents deal with troubling situations. Nikki, Victoria, Mariah, Theo, Jack, Amanda and Summer must all face some things they would rather not. March madness is in the air and thoughts will be deceiving. While at her daughter’s bedside, Nikki let’s Victoria know that everyone is playing nice. She shares that Victor is allowing Billy to visit Johnny and Katie every day at the ranch. When Vicki says she can’t believe her dad is allowing her ex on the premises, Nikki says that the two men try to stay out of each other’s way and that Sharon has also been stopping by to help. Vicki marvels that they all are getting along and then she gets a visit from Paul.

Victoria does not understand why a stranger attacked her and the police chief explains that Amanda is Ripley’s ex and she has a restraining order against him. He tells Vicki that she and Ms. Sinclair were dressed alike and even had the same hairstyle the night of the gala and in the dark the stalker mistook her for his ex. When she asks why Amanda was at her father’s celebration, Victor tells her it’s because she was with Billy. Once Paul leaves Nikki tells her daughter that this is a lot to process and Victoria seems overwhelmed by it all.

Kyle and Summer are ar Jabot discussing their situation and when Ms. Newman steps out of the office she encounters Theo. The two get into an Srgumentand Summer tells him that he is paranoid and that she and Kyle are not out to get him. Theo, however, believes they will continue to be at war.He actually says Jyle will never truly accept him because he knows his cousin has got his number. Summer taunts her ex and says his attitude must be because things are not working out for him and Lola. Based on the look on his face, she can tell she struck a nerve. Meanwhile, Jack shares with his brother that they are losing Dina and she is declining rapidly. He says she has not been herself since singing carols at Christmas, which happens to be the last time she was on screen.

Billy is so full of himself and his current antics that he accuses his older sibling of telling him about Dina to try to whip him in line and make him shape up. A stunned Jack takes his baby brother to task for thinking he would do such a thing regarding his dying mother’s health. Billy is self absorbed and believes everyone wants to micromanage him. He is determined to do things his own way, sink or swim, It’s not clear at this point If Dina will be back on screen or if her final days will take place off camera. The Young and the Restless might just leave viewers with the beautiful memory of Madame Mergeron singing O Come all ye faithful. Be watching for spoilers to update the final fate of Dina Mergeron.

Mariah is feeling hurt and shares with Lola that Tessa is taking showers at Tanners place. She adds that he was sitting around with no shirt ofor no apparent reason. Mariah adds how she made accusations that Tessa and her ex were sleeping together then disconnected the call. Lyndsay the bartender is near by and she gives Ms. Porter a listening ear. The two end up at Mariah’s apartment where they begin kissing. Spoilers indicate that the two will end up in bed with each and Tessa will walk in on them.

Amanda is in her bed and finds that Ripley is in her room. She begs him to go away and he tells her that he cannot leave her alone. She begins screaming and then viewers see her wake up and realize it’s all a dream. She hears Rey outside her door and lets him in. He tells her that her crazy ex had been apprehended but Ms. Sinclair does not seem relieved. All of this snd more is waiting for viewers on Monday’s episode of The a Young and the Restless.
