Invented Marvel Characters: Yes, No and Maybe
Bringing my original comic characters to life with some apps and zero artistic ability

Growing up my dream job was to be a comic book artist/writer. But with very little artistic talent that dream died pretty quickly. Now I do my best to bring my characters to life using apps like factory of heroes, swordmaker, armormaker and you doodle. They don't always turn out looking very good but I get more excited about the concepts and stories behind the characters than how well I can make the character look good. Sometimes my characters are from cultures I am not a part of because I think it fits their story or other aspects about them. I am not a cultural expert but at the very least I hope no one is upset by me using aspects of cultures I'm not a part of and find interesting. That said below is my idea for Yes, No and Maybe, triplet characters I envision as street-level marvel villains.
Dalton, Daniel and David Dixon are triplets born to an impoverished family in New York. Feeling fascinated and threatened by the violent neighbourhoods around them they had a tumultuous adolescence filled with petty crime that alienated them from their parents. At this point they donned matching orange, black and white jackets and continued crime became a necessity. Against the odds they became surprisingly large players in their local section of the criminal underworld. This is mainly due to their unrivalled loyalty to each other and an uncanny mental connection. Whenever they are close enough to each other they can communicate telepathically. The result is a level of coordination that other small crews cannot compete with and one that garnered the attention of the Kingpin. Under the Kingpin the first superhero they clashed with was Daredevil. And since they have worked for a handful of other villains against other heroes. In this role they updated their jackets and have taken on the aliases of Yes, No and Maybe to reflect their general willingness to kill.
David is Yes. He feels that killing their enemies is logical and his actions reflect that mentality. He prefers to use large knives to kill enemies leaving no doubt that they will not survive and will no longer be a threat to him and his brothers.
Dalton is No. He refuses to kill but it is not for noble reasons. He is a sadist who enjoys leaving enemies alive after inflicting immense pain. He revels in using a baseball bat to break bones of his targets.
Daniel is Maybe. He does not like to decide who lives or dies and leaves it up to fate. Each morning his brothers make sure two to four bullets are loaded in random chambers of both of his 6 round revolvers. Since Maybe can miss or hit the target non-fatally he feels that fate decides if his target dies. Similarly if he shoots at someone with an empty chamber he will bludgeon them with the pistol instead of attempting another shot.
On paper the triplets should not be nearly as much of a threat as they are. However, they are young, fit, well armed and perfectly coordinated due to their telepathic link with each other. Additionally their shared link allows them to learn new skills nearly three times faster than a typical person would as if one brother learns something the others can rapidly learn it due to telepathic communication. So while each of their personalities and inclinations will make them explore their own interests, in a short amount of time they will all be highly competent in that respect. So if Dalton focuses on new combat techniques, David learns about treating combat wounds and Daniel focuses on hacking electronic systems the result is all three of them capable of all of the above. These factors makes them a powerful challenge even for someone like Daredevil.
