In Loving Memory Of Jason David Frank

This shock is beyond sad for me.

On this day 20th, November a great actor and man died they haven't given the cause of death. Some are assuming suicide. Jason David Frank for his role as the Green Range, White Ranger, Black Ranger, and in the works on YouTube for the Legend of the White Dragon. His many roles will always be simply Tommy Oliver to me.

My husband sent me the announcement on Instagram I thought it wasn't real. I am still in shock over learning this. I never knew that Jason ever suffered from depression.

I remember when I was a kid I had a green ranger action figure, and my sister had a fully grown plush stuffed pink ranger doll.

The death of the actor was announced by Justine Hunt, and asked on behalf of his family, “privacy of his family and friends during this horrible time as we come to terms with the loss of such a wonderful human being.”

He gladly took roles in the Power Ranges TV Shows reprising Tommy Oliver.

Jason really enjoyed MMA fighting, and other sports.

He leaves behind great friends, and four children behind.

Walter Jones, who portrayed the black ranger in 'MMPR,' tells TMZ ... "He was an inspiration to so many people. His presence will be dearly missed. It’s so sad to lose another member of our Ranger family."

He adds, "Jason was one of the biggest pranksters on the show. He had a wild sense of humor. We had our shares of ups and downs but I stayed consistent about being an ear if he needed one. My prayers go out to his family and all that will miss him."

“Jase, you were beautiful and truly unique. My life just won’t be the same without your frenetic, hilarious, caring, driven and creative ball of energy. I will always love you, dear friend. Please Rest now In Peace…” Amy wrote on her Instagram.

Growing up I remember watching power rangers wishing I was Kimberly. JDF was my first crush, and this year coming if I could go to the wizard con I wanted to meet JDF.

But that will never happen which is very disappointing.

How are they going to work in their the legend of the White Dragon? This is craziness, he working on this on YouTube. As a fan, I want to cry because I watched those episodes on YouTube.

The review of The Legend of the White dragon is so epic. The review of this is so epic and he is doing his own stunts in this. The funny thing is in the Power Rangers Universe he is married to Cat.

Jason David Frank and Amy Jo Johnson make a cameo in Power Rangers movie in 2017. That was the only thing good about that movie. The rest was so not accurate.

Although, I loved in the movie how the mentioned the Power Grid.

Jason died to soon at the age of 49, it makes me wonder if he suffered from depression after the death of his brother Eric. Or it it was the fear of turning 50 years old. There are so many thoughts going through my mind about this.

And I cried when Meatloaf died, but this JDF dying I took this the hardest without tears.

This is probably the hardest for me seeing old photos and paying tribute.

Blake Foster, who was the first kid to be ever portray a power ranger stared by JDF in the Power Rangers movie sequel Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie, said, “Can’t believe this… Cried all night. Heartbroken yet again. Lost my hero, our leader, my friend and an icon. Life really sucks man.”

Nika Burrise took to Instagram:

I have really struggled with finding the right words to say… In every family there is chaos, miscommunication, support, but most of all love.

I have been blessed to be apart of the Power Ranger family for 27years and losing a family member is difficult….💔

May the Lord wrap his arms around JDF’s wife and kids during this time.

JDF, you will be missed! 💔

Steven Cardenas took to Instagram as well to leave a tribute for JDF

“Words simply cannot describe the shock and sadness I’m feeling in this moment. Jason David Frank is and forever will be an icon,” he posted. “He dedicated his life to the Power Rangers brand and most importantly his fans. Jason was the first person to welcome me on set in 1994 and later introduced me to social media, comic cons and event promoters all around the world so that I could reconnect with all of you as we did back then. I will be forever grateful.”

I haven't found a tribute yet from David Fielding. I wonder if he knows what has happened as of yet.

I just I feel for the family, my heart goes out to Jason David Frank and the legacy he left behind.

RIP JDF
