General Hospital may stick with a formula

General Hospital fans know that the truth that Nina Reeves ( Cynthia Watros) is Willow Tait’s ( Katelyn Macmullen) biological mother will be revealed but how and when is not known. Some fans believe Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zampragna) and Sam McCall) will investigate and figure it out but that’s not likely.

Phyllis Caulfield ( Joyce Guy) was Nina’s baby nurse and she had no idea that twins were born. Madelyn Reeves ( Donna Mills) Nina's mother is dead and cannot tell the story. There really are no leads to follow and no one else living who know the truth. Perhaps GH viewers should consider that the writers will use the tried and true age old soap opera formula.

The puzzle pieces are coming together

Willow just found out she is pregnant and the timing might be a big clue for the future. The baby along with Harmony Miller ( Inga Cadrenal) confessing to Carly Corinthos ( Laura Wright) before dying might be clues to what happens next.

Carly saw the DNA results that prove Willow is Nina’s daughter and decided to keep it to herself. She even lied to Drew Cain (Cameron Matthison) that the test results indicated the two women were not related. Some spoilers are saying that Willow might initiate a search for her birth mother because she wants her child to know is or her ancestry but another possibility is more likely.

General Hospital might surprise viewers

General Hospital could go in a completely different direction and surprise viewers but they might do something that has been done many times on the soaps. It’s possible that fate could push Carly to have no choice but to reveal the facts and stun Port Charles residents. Willow and or her baby would have to be at death’s door with no other Hope before Carly would make her move.

The typical scenario in soap land is for the person whose identity is not known to need a blood transfusion and no one among family or friends is a match except one who turns out to be their long-lost parent. Willow could have a difficult pregnancy and her life will be in danger. She may have a rare blood type and no one is able to give her a donation for a transfusion. Carly will agonize as Willow’s life and or that of her unborn child hangs in the balance and one of two things will happen.

The truth will be revealed

Nina could decide to donate blood out of a sense of obligation because of Wiley and find out she is a match. If she saves Willow’s life and her baby her haters will be grateful to her and Carly will feel obligated to come forth with the truth. The other possibility is that as Willow and her baby’s lives hang in the balance Carly will spill the secret to save the day.

These are just projections and things could go in a different direction but one thing is certain. The fact that Carly knew the truth will come out one way or another. It’s bad enough that Sonny Corinthos ( Maurice Benard) chose Nina over his family and once everyone knows she is Willow’s bio mom others will begin to soften towards her.

Carly will be livid as she watches the woman she hates infiltrate her family and spend time with Willow and Wiley Corinthos ( Viron Weaver). This will be one of the most difficult things she has had to deal with. There is also a chance Willow is sick and might need a bone marrow transplant so be on n the lookout for updates and clues to find out how the truth will indeed come to light on General Hospital.
