General Hospital spoilers: Nina seeks Carly's help against Ava next week

Nina is a hot mess

Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is a loose cannon on General Hospital and causes trouble without considering the consequences. She makes rash decisions, but her good intentions blow up in her face. Nina remained mum about Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) living in Nixon Falls and having amnesia. His family holds this against her today.

She called the SCC and reported Drew Cane (Cameron Mathison) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) for insider trading. Drew went to jail, where he was beaten and hospitalized. Carly almost lost her house and used all her resources to pay a fine.

Nina ordered an anniversary dinner for Willow and Michael Corinthos (Katelynn MacMullen and Chad Duel), hoping they would forgive the past and let her back into their lives. Instead, they told her they did not want what she had ordered, and Nina was heartbroken.

Nina is all over the place

Last week, Nina falsely said Carly was sleeping with FBI agent Jagger Cates ((Adam Harrington). She kept quiet that she and Drew had "hate sex" but broadcasted everyone else's business. Ms. Reeves sold her half of the Metro Court to Jason Morgan, knowing he would give it to Carly, which he did.

She hoped this would get her back in Sonny's good graces, but she was unaware of the bad blood between her estranged husband, and his ex-wife, and former best friend. Instead of thanking her, Sonny angrily shouted in the Metro Court lobby that Nina, Jason, and Carly had betrayed him.

Sonny is a wild card

On Friday, Nina figured out that Ava Jerome (Maura West) was not trying to encourage Sonny to reunite with her. She realizes that her friend-turned-frenemy wants Sonny all for herself. There is no more perfect storm in Port Charles than Nina Reeves scorned. Ava should watch out because Nina might recall that her former confidante knew that she had called the SCC.

Sonny will be furious to find out that the woman living in his home has betrayed him, just like others in Port Charles. In addition to Carly, Jason, Nina, and Michael, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) is on "the list." Now, Ava is one step closer to being kicked to the curb.

Nina turns to her sworn enemy

Spoilers say that during the week of April 22, Nina will reach out to Carly to help her stop Ava, but will it work? Unknown to everyone except Ava, Sonny is taking a lower dose of his medication for bipolar disorder than he should. His behavior has become erratic, and he trusts no one except Ava. Sonny yelled at Carly and Jason and practically banned them from his life.

Carly might decide that Sonny and Ava deserve each other and wash her hands of her former spouse. She could also decide to gloat and tell Nina that what goes around comes around. There is no love lost between Carly and Ava. Nina broke up Sonny's marriage and kept him from his family, and now Ava is interfering in her own marriage to the mobster.
