'General Hospital' fans wonder what will happen when Mike is revealed as Sonny

General Hospital viewers consider every angle to storylines but in the past could only discuss their theories with family, friends, or coworkers. Now thanks to the Internet those who enjoy the ABC daytime drama can share their ideas on a number of social media forums with hundreds of other fans from around the world. The brainstorming between these GH lovers produces a wealth of insight into the show and many times they are spot on in figuring out what will happen next.

One question that has come up frequently within the past week, is what will Lenny and Phyllis think when they find out Mike's true identity? The Caulfield's seem like a simple, honest hard-working couple. Lenny initially had many reservations about the man who did not know his own identity. The couple will also have to deal with the fact that Nina knew all along who Mike really is and deceived them. This will be a big blow to the laid back duo and they might even begin to be afraid.

They took a chance on the amnesiac and had no idea what they were getting themselves into. There will initially be shock and then perhaps some anger and it may take a while for things to settle down. Some fans believe that when Sonny comes to his senses, recalls who he is and is back in Port Charles, he will reward the couple in some manner for being so kind to him. Some General Hospital fans say that Sonny might pay off the mortgage so the Caulfields can operate their business without debt.

Other viewers believe Sonny might bring Lenny and Phyllis to Port Charles and set them up in some type of business. There is also a possibility that when Lenny finds out the truth he may want nothing to do with Sonny Corinthos or his "dirty" mob money. Viewers are also wondering who Elijah really is and what is he up to and why do he and Mike have such a dislike for each other?

There are even GH fans who are saying that Elijah might be a long lost child of either Phyllis or Lenny, or perhaps knows who Sonny is and had a run-in with him in the past. The couple will truly feel betrayed by Nina who is looking out only for herself right now. She is getting to see a different side of Sonny as Mike and spoilers suggest the two may end up in a relationship. There will be a lot to sort through but in the meantime, there are other considerations.

Jax has been shot and is in the hospital. Nina certainly is not going to call Carly or Josslyn and spoilers say she will even try to convince Jax that he did not see Sonny and was hallucinating. Mike will go to the hospital with Phyllis because he wants to see the man from Nina's past. This will put Ms. Reeves on the spot and she will have to think quickly to prevent Jax from recognizing Sonny. Elijah and Mike will continue their feud ad Mike will even threaten to call the police.

This would be a good time to come clean but Nina has other things on her mind. Elijah seems interested in her and Phyllis will point out that Nina could have Jax back if she chose to but this may not be what she desires. Nina will have a tough time juggling these 3 men and keeping 2 of them from spotting one another. She cannot keep this charade up much longer and the truth will be revealed. Lenny and Phyllis will naturally be stunned at all the deception that has been take place and they will be blown away when they find out that Mike is a former mob boss from Port Charles.
