Maxie and BLQ are being watched

General Hospital viewers are beginning to brace themselves for a bit of Deja Vue. in Port Charles. Fans have been discussing on social media the idea that the writers may repeat an unpopular storyline before wounds have healed from recent events. Those who watch the ABC daytime drama are hoping they are wrong and there will not be another baby swap., The switching of Wiley and Noah took 2 years to come to light and the pieces of that puzzle are just now falling into place. Fans have been settling down somewhat about the storyline except when it comes to Nina and her rights as Wiley's grandmother.

This is another area of continuation and fans don’t want a second round of children to go through this type of drama. It’s looking like another baby switch might be in the works and some viewers have pointed out the timing of the pregnancies of Maxie and Brook Lynn. On social media disgruntled GH watchers are saying they don't believe the current situations of these two women are a coincidence and it’s possible they might be correct. A number of fans are hoping the writers don't pull off another baby switch but this is a possibility.

Maxie seems as though she has been expecting her child for close to a year. It was actually Maay of 2020 when the news first came to light which indicates she is now in her 10th month. GH fans know there is a reason that she has not given birth and many believe it has to do with BLQ who left home last December with a pregnancy test in hand. This should indicate that Ned's daughter will give birth to her child in September. Instead, Brook Lynn returned to Port Charles a few weeks back looking like she is about to pop at any moment.

Last week Maxie and BLQ ended up in the same Lamaze class at the same time and this has caused viewers to take notice. This is why so many fans suspect that something is up with these two women and their unborn children. Soap fans are tired of recycled storylines and baby switch plots are never popular. If this is what the writers are going to do then the question would be who and why? Brooke Lynn has promised Valentin that he can have an active role in his child's life and they both seem to be on the same page. This would lead to the logical conclusion that the culprit would be Peter August who is in full Henrich mode at this time.

Because Nelle switched her baby for Wilow’s dead child some fans believe Peter may do a switch in order to get his hands on his and Maxie’s baby. Unless one child died this would leave one mother without her baby? Perhaps in order to get back at Valentin, Peter would allow it to look as if his mentor spirited away BLQ’s child to raise on his own, There has been no confirmation of another baby swap but General Hospital viewers are watching and waiting and coming up with possible storylines.

In order for this scheme to work, Brooke Lynn and Maxie would have to give birth to a baby of the same gender and have their children at the same time. If this happens fans will be more convinced than ever that something tricky is going to take place. Would Peter give BLQ’s child to Maxie and take off with his own son or daughter and allow Valentin to take the blame? Of course, he would. Is this what the writers are planning? No one knows for certain.

Viewers absolutely do not desire to see another set of babies being swapped but those who watch General Hospital are paying close attention to the warning signs. Delaying the birth of Maxie’s child while speeding up BLQ’s pregnancy is suspicious. Having the two women in the same child birthing class is no coincidence. Fans are expressing their displeasure on social media regarding this possible repeating of recent history so stay tuned to see how it all unfolds.
