Fans of THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL have been wondering how Eric Forrester would move forward now that he knows his wife cheated with his CEO. This is a harsh situation because there are two people who broke Eric’s heart and he trusted them both. Quinn and Carter committed the ultimate betrayal and the fallout has yet to truly be felt. Spoilers don’t say what punishment will come to Mr. Walton just yet and some fans say he should be fired from his job.

During the next week, however, Quinn will be dealt with in a most humiliating manner and Brooke will see her fondest wish come to pass regarding her enemy. For years Brooke has lamented the fact that Quinn’s portrait replaced the one of Stephanie on the wall inside the Forrester mansion. She never missed an opportunity to tell the new Mrs. Forrester that she would never measure up to her predecessor. Brooke even threatened that one day Eric would remove the picture when he found out that his wife had never really changed.

Brooke has been biding her time waiting on just the right situation that would prove she had been right about her nemesis. She thought that when Quinn and Shauna tried to break up her marriage that Eric would see the light. Getting Ridge drunk and sending a text to end his marriage was pretty devious. Eric still forgave Quinn and welcomed her with open arms but did not return to her bed. Quinn kept pushing the issue and eventually was so frustrated she slept with Carter who was estranged from Zoe.

Quinn then began a campaign to rekindle a romance with Eric and Brooke warned that no good would come from it. Eric welcomed his wife back and agreed to renew their vows with Carter officiating. Brooke contined snooping around until she heard Paris and Quinn talking about the affair. She went downstairs in the Forrester home where she forced Quinn and Carter to come clean. The look of satisfaction in her eyes angered viewers who said they were tired of her selffrighteous attitude.

Soon Ridge's wife will be happy because Eric is going to do the one thing she has been dreaming of and remove Quinn's portrait from the mantle. During a heated conversation with Carter, the Forrester patriarch will jerk the picture from the wall and thrust it at the man who had sex with his wife. Carter will then have the task of giving the item to Quinn, This is a huge move and the implications are that Eric is finally done with his crazy wife.

Throughout the marriage, Quinn has continued to manipulate the people that Eric loves and cause them harm. She even was infatuated with Ridge and kissed him at one point. Eric looked the other way and stood by his vows although Brooke warned him it was only a matter of time before the real Quinn emerged again. Eric removing the portrait naturally will be done in a fit of anger and that is understandable.

Pushing the image of his wife off on Carter to give Quinn is pretty fitting considering the circumstances. The question now is if Quinn will accept defeat for continue trying to get her husband back. Brooke warned that Shauna and her BFF should go back to the desert after they tricked Ridge into divorcing her and marrying Flo's mom. This time around Shauna lied that she slept with Carter in order to protect her friend.

Spoilers don't say what the future holds for Shauna, Quinn, or Carter but things look pretty bleak for all 3. Eric removing the portrait sends a clear message that he is done and THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL viewers are hoping he will stick to it. A number of fans say that Stephanie's images should go back over the mantle and time will tell so keep watching.
