Dil Dosti Dilemma Web Series Review

Namaste friends! Today we will talk about Dil Dosti Dilemma, which is on Amazon Prime and directed by Debbie Rao.

So let's start with the storyline. We see Asmara, who is a new-age girl who is concerned about her status and her fashion; she likes shopping; and she has two friends, Tanya and Naina.

There is a group of these three by the name of The Awesome Threesome, and all of them always live in a very hi-fi environment, think big things, and maintain a class.

But in the meantime, something happens: Asmara's mother feels that her daughter needs to be given a reality check, so she sends her to her grandmother's place.

Now Asmara's grandparents live in a slum-like place where there are dirty streets and smelly drains, and their house is also of old design. When Asmara reaches there, she feels that she will not be able to adjust.

But as soon as she mingles with the people there, a difference becomes visible in her thoughts.

Dil Dosti Dilemma Review

To be honest, the story of this series is good, especially according to today's times.

See, a very large generation has been born in metropolitan cities that know very little about the villages or the middle-class lifestyle, which means they have ideas from all over the world, a lot of information, and social media. However many new children may not know what a paddy tree looks like or that rice does not grow on a tree but comes out of the paddy.

So, these kinds of things that have been shown are fine, especially in a low-type locality; the warmth of relationships or respect for elders, love for younger ones, consideration of one's eyes—all of this is fine to see.

But there are some things here that are right to point out, like if you think that the people of the new era are completely dumb, then it is not so; they have new thinking and new ideas, and the world is with them through social media. So this is a big deal.

Secondly, there is a lot of scope for improvement in the thinking of the people of the slightly older generation, and here we also see this.

So it would not be wrong to call this series a sweet series; it is indeed a sweet series.

The story that has been woven in this series is like the fairy tales of grandmothers: everything is good here, all the people are good, and all the people are very warm and loving, even if there is some evil in the system. So that too is being solved easily.

It is a fairy tale, a sweet type of story, especially about the feelings of youngsters or teenagers and their conflicts regarding relationships. All these things have been shown well here, but the sweetness of this series is also its biggest weakness.

Now if you compare it with the real world, you will see many things different: no problem here is that big, no person here is that bad, or even if there is some flaw in the system here, it can be solved by a little saying and listening.

But this does not happen in the real world. The real world is quite cruel, and it is not that you will always be able to achieve your desired things by running a campaign on social media.

So if you watch it for entertainment or fantasy purposes, then yes, this is a very good series. You will enjoy watching it without any doubt, but I would tell you that you people should watch this series with your heart. If you start using your brain, then this series may disappoint you.

And here Anushka Sen is in the lead role; you must have seen her a lot as a child artist; the role she has played here is good; apart from this, Kush Jotwani, Revathi Pelai, and Vishakha Pandey are also there; all of them are also good in their place.

Tanvi Azmi is in the role of Nani, and Shishir Sharma is playing Nana, so he has done a good job. Apart from this, there are Suhasini Mulay and Shruti Seth, and there are other actors too who have done their work properly.

Conclusion

This series has a total of seven episodes; the episodes are 35 to 40 minutes, and although it is a neat and clean series, you get to see one or two kiss scenes.

So, friends, if you feel like watching something light and you feel that something sweet will happen today, then you can watch this series.
