Them Season 2 Review | A must watch Horror series

In my view, Season 2 has without any doubt proved to be a worth-watching experience for me and is a solid follow-up to Season 1, and I would suggest you all watch this show and enjoy it.

Them Season 2 Review

Finally, season 2 of the Them series has now been released on Amazon Prime, and let me tell you that in season 2, you will get to watch eight episodes, and each episode is between 35 and 45 minutes long. And now, finally, I have watched season 2 completely, and I am sharing whatever good or bad experience I have had with you through this review.

So Detective Reeve is searching for that serial killer who is murdering people in a very horrifying way, but this situation becomes more and more difficult for Detective Reeve when he realizes the presence of supernatural elements in these murder cases.

So who is it that is killing people in such a horrifying way? Is it a human or a supernatural entity? To know all this, you will have to watch this series.

First of all, let me answer the biggest question: whether you people must watch season 1 before watching season 2 or not.

My answer is yes, you must watch season 1. If you do not watch season 1, then it is obvious that you will not understand much at the end of season 2. The ending of Season 2 connects things to Season 1, so first watch Season 1 and then Season 2.

Them: The Scare Review

To be honest, I liked season 1 of this series very much and in my opinion, season 1 of this series is one of the best black horror shows that I have seen in my life.

The film Get Out or Them Season 1 is one of my favorite black horror shows.

Season 2 is also a solid edition in the black horror genre and is a twisted, brutal, creepy, or terrifying experience from start to finish.

This time too, the series has served as a solid mystery on our plates, which will easily keep you confused as to whether whatever bad thing you are seeing happening is the work of some supernatural entity or the work of a human being.

To know the answer to this question, you will be glued to season 2 till the end.

This time too, you will see many scary or creepy moments in the entire show that do not scare you but are for your enjoyment.

And like season 1, the main themes of season 2 are also racism or drama, and to understand these themes well, it matters to be a little intelligent.

Let me tell you that you will have to watch season 2 with full focus. In the beginning, many things will not make any sense, and things will feel quite disconnected to you but in the end, most of the things will make sense, at the end you will get answers to most of your questions but yes, there are some things which do not make sense.

Overall, you get to see a satisfying ending in season 2 too.

But one of the two aspects in which you will see season 2 shine the most is the actor's performances, which are tremendous, especially the outstanding performance of the actor who has played the character of Adam in this series.

The performances of everyone in this series are good; because of the performances of the actors, you will be hooked on this series, and the second aspect is the production quality of this show, which is outstanding.

This time the visuals are amazing; the music is very good; the lighting and camera work are very good; everything is very good; it was great to see.

Now if we talk about the characters, the character work of the series is very good, especially the character of Adam, who is a terrifying or unpredictable character, and you will get to see a mysterious character arc of his in this series.

On the one hand, you will feel a little scared while watching Adam's character; on the other hand, you will also feel a little sad for him, seeing his pain or frustration.

Apart from Adam, Detective Reeve also falls under the category of a strong character, which you will like.

Overall, you will remain engaged in this show because of the characters, which is a good thing.

Weak Points

Look, the story of season 2 is engaging, but the story loses its focus in between because the creators of this show have tried to do too many things together, due to which the lack of proper focus is felt a bit.

The scary element has been used too much in this show, and after a while, things start feeling a bit gross and are not able to create the impact that they really should.

Now the ending of season 2 will make sense only when you have seen season 1. If you have not seen season 1, then the ending of season 2 will go over your head. So to say, it is an anthology series, but in reality, it is not an anthology series; it is mandatory to watch season 1 to understand the ending of season 2.

Conclusion

In my view, Season 2 has without any doubt proved to be a worth-watching experience for me and is a solid follow-up to Season 1, and I would suggest you all watch this show and enjoy it.

I also want you to get the enjoyment I got.

One thing to keep in mind is that this show is not at all family-friendly because of the sex scenes, nudity, strong language, etc.

The story in Season 2 has ended in such a way that even if Season 3 does not come, the story in Season 2 is completely complete, but at the same time, the doors have been left open for Season 3.

So, how did you guys like season 2 of Them series? Please share your opinions with me. I will leave now; I have a lot of work.
