Dan Buran Joins The Cast Of General Hospital

Linc Brown (Dan Buran) showed up recently on General Hospital and he was not a welcome sight. He first came to town in November 2018 and inside Charlie's Pub he told Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Selzer) that he does not owe her but owns her.

He calls her on December 6, to harass her and BLQ tells her father Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) that she signed a deal with a record producer named Linc and she has no choice but to record three albums with him. She implied that he expected sexual favors but said it would never happen and she dropped him as her producer.

Linc returned like a bad penny in November 2019 but did not stick around long. Now he is telling Brooke Lynn that he owns her music and wants her to re-sign with him as her manager. Detective Chase {Josh Swickard) intervened when BLQ punched Brown and gave the sleazy manager a warning to back off.

Dan Buran was born on September 26, 1974 in Cleveland, Ohio. He is an actor, known for Dexter (2006), True Blood (2008), and Nashville (2012). He also portrayed Nicky Cush in Justified.

Linc Brown Facts

Linc is a music producer with some very shady dealings. He was in Port Charles from January 13 to March 4, 2020, and returned on May 21, 2020, and again from November 10-12, 2021. He was working with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) to secure Brook Lynn's shares of ELQ stock. On February 7, 2020, Linc met with BLQ and Ned and denied sexually harassing her. Ned gives him a check to buy him off and says this is a one-time offer.

On February 17, Linc turned down Ned’s offer and Brook Lynn has no way out of her contract. Linc was working with Martin Grey who was Valentin's attorney. On March 3, Linc is threatened by Julian Jerome that he would be thrown in the water if he doesn’t drop BLQ's contract. Linc tells Brook Lynn that he will release her from her singing contract if she gives him her ELQ shares.

General Hospital the "Link" to BLQ and ELQ

On March 4, Linc met BLQ at the Metro Court where she yelled at him and he asked for her ELQ shares. Brook Lynn asked Linc if he even knew what ELQ was but he refused to answer. . Brook Lynn demanded to know why he wanted the shares and he lied that he had no ulterior motive and only wanted the best deal. Brook Lynn told him the shares would only be worth what someone else would be willing to pay for them and Linc askedif it was worth her freedom.

On March 24, Valentin called Linc and said he wanted Michael and Brook Lynn’s shares now. Brook Lynn calls Linc and says she is ready to take his deal after Ned fires her from ELQ, On May 21, Brook Lynn overhears from her father that someone is competing for ELQ shares. When BLQ later meets Linc, she wants to know who has her ELQ shares. Valentin walks up to the duo and sits down in Linc’s place as walthe record prodeucer walks away.

In November 2021, Linc is seen in Curtis Ashford's (Donnell Turner) new club The Savoy. He offers to let his band perform at the club when two other bands suddenly cancel on short notice. It is later revealed that Linc is working with Marshall Ashford (Robert Gosset) who turned out to be the father of Curtis. Marshall was behind the other bands canceling and has been asking Questions about Curtis. Later that night, Brook Lynn is shocked to see Linc at the club and Chase tells him to stay away from her.

Curtis observes the situation and after the concert ends, he questions Linc and shows him the sketch Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) drew of "Marshall". Linc acknowledges that is the person he is working for and when "Marshall" comes into the Savoy and Linc walks out. Now Dan Brown's sleazy character is back and BLQ might decide to work with him.
