Chloe in Denial

Eve will deceive.

It appears that in Season 4 of Lucifer, our Detective Chloe Decker will be in denial. She will be in denial of who Lucifer really is. She will just want to go on as if nothing has changed. What will Lucifer do? He will do Eve, I believe. So far, the YouTube clip that Netflix has released, has left us with the sense that Eve will come back to Earth to reunite with Lucifer, but for what purpose? Will Eve want to keep Lucifer for all eternity? What about the priest? He believes that if Lucifer is reunited with his first love, the Earth will end as we know it. In other words, if the coming of Lucifer is headed our way, then the destruction of life as we know it will be over--for all eternity.

You need to watch the clip to decide for yourself, what you think that first episode of Season 4 of Lucifer will hold. Chloe just wants to get back to work. Since Lucifer is rather in shock about the fact that Chloe is not shocked, then I guess he sees no reason to spend some quality time with Eve. However, in this clip, you will also observe that Eve is very friendly with a woman. Who is this mysterious woman? She appeared small, and petite. Could it be Miss Ella Lopez? We don't know too much about her personal life. We only know that she is the youngest of 3 or 4 brothers, and that she spent some time in Vegas playing too much with the cards. Do we know if she is involved with a man, or perhaps has been involved with women, in her past?

We don't know anything. It has been rather a mystery for all of us. Maze goes looking for Lucifer, and finds him very busy with Eve, after having bumped into her at his own bar, Lux. Wow. Even Maze was concerned with Lucifer. Something has to be seriously wrong with you, if Maze has to go looking for you. She doesn't fret much, only where her loved ones are concerned. She is not a big worrier. Maze is more of an action maven.

So, why is Chloe so non-reactive? Why is she so scared to face the truth, after seeing Lucifers’ true devil face? Dr. Linda thinks Chloe needs time. Does Lucifer have the patience to deal with the fact that Chloe might still be in shock, and therefore seem like she is pushing everything aside?

I suppose Dr. Linda needed time in order to deal with Lucifer when she first found out who he really was. She came to terms with his true identity rather fast. Will it be a fast process for Chloe? Something tells me that this priest will discourage Chloe from even working with Lucifer. This priest will cause problems for both of them. He will interfere perhaps, in ways that even Lucifers’ mum would have never thought of.

Wow. So much to say, so much to do. How will we all get through Season 4? What will happen at the end of this season. I have read, that the end of Season 4 will be so shocking, that all of us will be stunned like never before. The only thing that would shock me, is if Chloe decides to join Lucifer in hell. Of course the ultimate shock will be witnessing the untimely death of one of our favorite characters. I do believe someone will die. Will it be this misguided priest? Will it be Chloe? What will Lucifer do this time to bring Chloe back? We all know that if Chloe dies, she will go straight to Heaven, as she was a miracle baby, brought to creation by God's order, through Amenediel the angel, Lucifers' little brother.

We will all be patiently awaiting the premiere of Season 4 of Lucifer on Netflix, set to drop on May 8th. The momentum ends in April, and will carry us through the first few days of May. We await the return of Lucifer who appears to be more powerful than ever before. Just look at his eyes...
