Bradley Bell gives fans two teasers for 'The Bold and the Beautiful'

Soap Opera Spy has shared information from an interview with The Bold and the Beautiful executive producer Bradley Bell. The subject was the storylines going forward on the CBS daytime drama. Viewers know that last Friday Steffy told Liam that she is pregnant. There is no indication, at least not yet that he knows she also slept with Dr. Finn. Bell offered two facts about this situation but no details of how it will play out. This leaves the fans to put their deductive skills to use and attempt to figure it all out.

The first thing that B&B devotees need to know is that the pregnancy plot will not be resolved right away. Brad Bell says that it will play out during the year. Viewers know that the executive producer allowed the baby switch storyline to last far longer than anyone wanted so fans need to brace themselves. Since Steffy just found out that she is with child, and this is January, we know that the baby will be due around October. What is not known, is what twists and turns this situation could take and viewers have already been trying to draw some conclusions.

Steffy probably will not have an abortion or a miscarriage as either of these would end things a lot sooner. She might convince Liam that there is no need for a paternity test because she and Finn used protection. This would leave Steam arguing about how to proceed. Steffy wants the fact that she slept with Liam to remain secret. If she and the doctor did not use protection, she might suggest that she pass the baby off as Finn's and raise the child with him without getting a blood test. Liam will never go for that and will demand a test and want to see the results for himself.

If the child turns out to belong to Finn, there will still be the issue of Liam and Steffy sleeping together. Will Finn forgive and forget and move forward in his relationship with Steffy or will he break it off but care for his child? Some viewers are saying they believe the baby will be a boy because Kelly and Beth are girls but you never know what direction the writers will take. Fans know that if the child belongs to Finn there will be a lot less drama and that is why the majority of those who watch B&B are betting the farm that Liam is the dad. He will want full access to his baby and this might start the Steam train rolling again as they have already expressed their love for one another.

The second teaser that Brad Bell dropped was that viewers will be surprised at Hope's reaction to the pregnancy. He said her actions will not be what everyone will expect. Soap Opera Spy suggests Ms. Logan might drop a bombshell of her own, but Brad Bell did not say this. If Steffy's baby belongs to Liam, he will have two secrets to tell his wife. Viewers know he has been eager to let her know about his one night with Steffy and now there will be the news of a baby. Most fans believe Hope will walk away from Liam and turn to Thomas but there is another option.

Since she has been in such a forgiving mood lately, Hope could forgive her spouse and agree to love this new baby and welcome him or her as Beth's little sister or brother. There is also the possibility of revenge sex with Finn but that does not seem like Hope's style. Even so, when the one night hook-up and baby news comes to light who knows what she will do. She might even throw herself at Thomas because they have been getting closer. Tensions will escalate as the months go by and Thomas.

Ridge and Brooke will all have input into the situation. This will affect all of the Spencers, Logans, and Forresters, and battle lines will be drawn. Once again Brad Bell has The Bold and the Beautiful viewers on the edge of their seats, wondering which way this storyline will be concluded. There will no doubt be many twists and turns but there is one conclusion that many fans have already come to.
