Abbott's host celebrate for Harrison on 'The Young and the Restless'

There is so much uncertainty on THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS but the future possibilities are giving viewers much to think about. Much of the unresolved issues revolve around Harrison Locke. Jack and Kyle Abbott adore the little boy and have welcomed him and his mother into their home. There will soon be an official get together at the Abbott mansion and the family will officially acknowledge the little boy they believe to be Kyle's son.

Summer has gone to Italy so Y&R viewers know she will not be on the guest list. In addition to Kyle, Jack, and Tara perhaps Billy, Ashley, and Traci might make an appearance. Outside of these individuals there really is no one else in the immediate family. There are a few other people in Genoa City wh might show up uninvited. Spoilers have teased that Phyllis will be in rare form next week and will try to befriend Tara. Perhaps she might crash the gathering or even get an invitation.

Sally has her sights on Jack and Phyllis is determined to keep the two apart. Ms. Spectra could work her magic on the head of the Abbott clan and end up at Harrison's celebration. Many of those who watch THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS are holding out hope that it will turn out that the little boy is not Kyle's son. Prior to announcing he has terminal cancer, Ashton Locke told Victoria Newman that he was having his own DNA test done but nothing more has been said about it.

Now that the news has broken that both Michael Mealor and Hunter King will be leaving THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS, fans hope that Kyle and Summer will reunite. Kyle would never walk away from his son so the consensus from viewers is that somehow Tara's misdeeds will come to light and Kyle leaves her high and dry. Both Sally and Tara believe with Summer out of the way they can pursue the Abbott men, Fans want to see both of these women be exposed.

Hunter King has already gone to Italy but there is no news regarding when Kyle will be leaving Genoa City. For this reason, fans don't have a timeline of how long it will be until Tara and Sally get what's coming to them. Some spoilers are implying that Jack and his son will be duped by the two sneaky women but no details have been given. What is known is that Harrison will be welcomed into the fold in grand Abbott fashion. It would break the hearts of Jack and Kyle to find out the little boy they now love is not really an Abbott after all.

It's not yet known if Kyle is going to head for Milan to meet up with Summer or if she will return to Genoa City one last time and they leave together. Summer walked away from everyone she loves including her fiancee because Tara threatened to keep Harrison away from Kyle. The soon to be ex Mrs. Ashton Locke will be so excited to have Kyle all to herself. Spoilers say she will attempt to get his mind off Summer by reminiscing about their time together when she claims Harrison was conceived.

Now that Michael Mealor is leaving THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS things should pick up quickly regarding what leads Kyle to remove himself from Genoa City. In the meantime, be sure to tune in and watch whatever fireworks will take place during Harrison's welcome to the family party.
