SUNDABET Link Alternatif - Featuring mostly new and enjoyable main characters, this is one of the strongest starting points for newcomers to the series. Trails through Daybreak expands the series with significant gameplay changes while maintaining the classic intelligence and appeal expected by fans.
For the first time in a long while, players almost don't need previous knowledge to get into this game. The Legend of Heroes: Trails through Daybreak begins with a brief and enjoyable introduction to Van Arkride. Van runs his own agency, Arkride Solutions, in Edith, the capital of the Republic of Calvard.
Van's daily life resembles that of previous Trails heroes like Lloyd or Estelle. For money, he takes on odd jobs such as deliveries or research. However, intriguingly, this main character is far from heroic. Van lives and operates in the moral gray area with every action he takes. For instance, he doesn't hesitate to lie to law enforcers or kill someone if necessary.
Van's "true neutral" stance brings the most impressive addition to the Trails through Daybreak series: the position selection. Players have three different positions called Law, Gray, and Chaos. Unlike the other half, they act more like social stats Persona. Side quests can be altruistic, like tracking down criminals and earning Law Points. However, other missions can be more shady, resulting in Gray or Chaos points if you choose to threaten a stalker yourself rather than, say, turning them over to the law.
Many of Van's requests, known as 4SPG, even have multiple conclusions. You can let someone steal or let them go once, which gives different attitude points. This freedom of choice is truly new to this series and adds player control to the story. Best of all, it's not just additional text. It has a highly emotional ending that can be bypassed at some point in the story if you choose another option.
Nihon Falcom's exceptional storytelling from previous games returns in this installment. Although the main story suffers a bit (more on that shortly), side quests and missions are the real stars here. Returning to exclusive scenes, the first request comes from an old thief who decides to change his life before he dies...
