Character Ideas

Mortal Kombat X came out in 2015 and a year later so did XL with all downloadable content. Since then, nothing has been said for another game in the bloody, yet popular franchise.

If Warner Brothers and NetherRealm Studios should make another game in the series this post would be a list of ideas of characters they should try and add to the game.

Batman

Before Midway went bankrupt, the last game they created was Mortal Kombat vs. DC.

Bringing back the Dark Knight would certainly make an interesting addition to the roster of already brutal fighters. But since the defender of Gotham isn't a killer, would he even need a Fatality?

The Engineer

Having appeared in Prometheus, the various comics inspired by it, and the appearance of the Xenomorph in Mortal Kombat XL, why not have another part of the Xenoverse appear?

I wonder what the Engineer's Fatalities and Brutalities be?

Hellboy

He appeared in Injustice 2, the hero from hell and slayer of the supernatural has certainly made his mark. Maybe he can make his mark in an MK/DC crossover. DC works with Dark Horse, so why not bring the toughest agent of the BPRD in on the action?

Michael Myers

Since they have had Jason Voorhees, Leatherface and Freddy Kruger in the previous installments of the Mortal Kombat, why not have yet another famous slasher/horror movie icon in the Mortal Kombat universe.

Robocop

The newest line in the war on crime has been in several Dark Horse comics. Seeing that Dark Horse has done business, why not have high tech enforcer of the law make an appearance in the DC/Mortal Kombat universe?

Motaro

He hasn't made an appearance since Mortal Kombat 3 and has been considered the most difficult boss to beat in the entire Mortal Kombat series.

With that being said, why not have him make an appearance? Because honestly, how can you not want to see him go head to head with Goro?

Nitara

The hot vampiress made her debut in Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance and her last was in Armageddon. She has not been seen in the series since then.

She is neither good nor evil, but she was willing to do anything to separate her realm from that of Outworld.

Since she hasn't been seen in so long, why not give her another chance to make an impression in the bloodiest fighting game ever?

Another Tarkatan Warrior?

The Tarkatan warrior made his first appearance in Mortal Kombat 2 and in the current Mortal Kombat game was an unplayable character. In the game, he was killed by D'Vorah and was replaced by the Alien with the same abilities that he possesses.

With that being said, why not have another Tarkatan warrior make an appearance? Certainly, Baraka wasn't the only warrior with merit?

Deathstroke

What can I say? I love Deathstroke.

Fan-loving aside, he did appear in the Mortal Kombatvs. DC game, so why not having the deadliest mercenary in the DC universe appear?

Unlike Batman, he has no qualms about killing anyone, so what his brutalities and fatalities be?

One thing I would look forward to is having him face off against Erron Black.

Rorschach

The cunning yet brutal member of the Watchmen would certainly fit in with the Mortal Kombat universe. Can you imagine him using the aerosol and matchsticks as a fatality? Or even using his grappling hook to tear off someone's head? Either way, I think he would fit in.

Black Adam

Captain Marvel himself Shazam made an appearance in the Mortal Kombat vs. DC, so why not his rival, the immortal tyrant of Khandaq make an appearance?

Certainly, in his quest for power, he would want to look throughout other realms? So why not Outworld or Earthrealm?

I know you have him in both Injustice games, but what about having him go up against Raiden in his own universe? It would be certainly amusing to see that.
