Take a chararium and drop down to the middle of the northern Caustic Mountains. From here, you can see right up the mountain and see the ascending pentagon. This area is especially log jammed.

So, try to locate a teleport point at the edge of the Pentdom. If you are lucky, you may find a flight path right at the edge of the desert. If not, try the City of Insanity outside the Underwater Laboratory.

Remember that you will need to be armoured up for this area. Also, you should make sure you have a decent supply of health food as there is a lot of health consuming abilities here.
