Here's My Experience with Spider-Man Remastered.

If you've watched the recent Spider-Man movies, you'll remember the suit Tony Stark gave Peter Parker.

A Brief Introduction to Spider-Man Remastered

If you've read my previous articles, you might have noticed I have talked a lot about the Spider-Man Remastered. I also read a lot about it on social media.

Initially, it was released in 2018 on the PlayStation 4, but it was recently remastered for the PlayStation 5 and ported to PC.

Interestingly, I never actually played all the way through the game, even though I owned it on my PlayStation 4.

I can't remember correctly, but I believe I played it a bit but then got caught up playing a different game and forgot about it.

But after the remastered version came out, I decided to focus on this game since I was able to play it on my preferred platform (PC).

As I've said, I've played the game before on my PlayStation 4, but I wanted to see how the game would feel playing with a keyboard and mouse (KBM).

Surprisingly, every aspect of the game felt very good playing on KBM, including the combat and the swinging aspect.

I might be biased because I'm very accustomed to playing games with KBM, but either way, it was still better than I expected.

I completed the main story of the game for the first time within a few days after purchasing it. The story didn't last as long as I expected since I completed the main story in around 13 hours.

Although I still have a bunch of side stories to complete as well as a bunch of open-world activities. I plan to try to get every achievement for this game, which means I'll have to complete the story again on the hardest difficulty.

I know many people wouldn't be bothered with this, but I enjoyed the game so much that I would probably play through this game a few times over.

I don't know why I didn't play all the way through until now, and I'm kind of regretting it.

Anyway, time to talk about the story itself. Don't worry; I won't be talking about any spoilers, just in case you don't want to know what happens.

The story itself was so enticing. It legitimately felt like I was watching a 13-hour movie.

The voice acting and the cutscenes were scripted so well that they always kept my attention.

This was one of the few games I didn't want to stop playing, mainly because of how intricate and well-driven the story was. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of this game.

Now let's talk about the gameplay.

Most of the time, you play as Spider-Man (Peter Parker), but there are a few missions in which you play as other characters. One of the other characters you play is Mary Jane (MJ) Watson.

If you've seen any Spider-Man movie or cartoon, you'd know that MJ is the main love interest of Peter Parker.

While playing as MJ, you undergo various stealth missions to either assist Spider-Man or gather information.

Regarding the main gameplay consisting of gameplay with Spider-Man, there are multiple interesting mechanics regarding the gameplay.

As you level up, you can earn skill points which you can put into your skill tree to learn new combat skills and abilities.

As you progress through the story, these skills will become more and more useful as you fight harder and harder enemies.

You also have certain gadgets which you can craft to assist you in combat. Many of these gadgets will unlock as you play through the story, but few can be unlocked by doing extra tasks.

Best of all, there are a bunch of different suits you can equip. There are a few suits that are a reference to previous Spider-Man movies and TV shows.

For example, you can equip the suit from the first Spider-Man movies starring Tobey Maguire, as well as the suit from the Amazing Spider-Man movies starring Andrew Garfield.

Best of all, you can equip the suit from the recent Spider-Man movies starring Tom Holland.

I say this one is best of all because certain suits unlock special suit abilities. For example, Tom Holland's suit, which is named the "Stark Suit," unlocks a very interesting ability.

If you've watched the recent Spider-Man movies, you'll remember the suit Tony Stark gave Peter Parker.

This suit had a few interesting capabilities, but the metal spider arms were most memorable.

For a limited time, you can use these spider arms in combat while using the Stark suit in-game.

I would say that's my favorite suiting ability in this game.

Final Words

I finally played through the Spider-Man game after getting it on PC, which was terrific.

I can't believe it took me this long to complete the story, and I wish I had done it sooner.

Not only was the gameplay top-notch, but the story itself was so enticing that I didn't want to stop playing.

I would say just to experience the story alone is worth buying this game.

The gameplay and the combat are just extra points on top of the story.

I thoroughly enjoyed my play-through of Spider-Man Remastered.

Thank you for reading my stories and watching my videos. I wish you a prosperous life.
