Call of Duty Cold War: Prop Hunt

CALL OF DUTY COLD WAR: PROP HUNT.
WHAT IS PROP HUNT?
Call of duty in one of their recent season releases brought back a party game called prop hunt. Prop hunt was around before however is was gone for a couple of weeks, but due to high demand brought back.
Prop Hunt involves 10 -12 players being divided into 2 teams , each team taking turns hunting props or being props. Personally I am better at hunting props then being a prop.
STARTING A GAME
After signing in to CoD: Cold War, you need to head into multiplayer. From there, there is a large list of game modes to play. Prop hunt falls under the party game category which also included other fun games such as sticks and stones plus one in the chamber. After selecting prop hunt it may take a few minutes to get in a game. Most times it will throw you in mid game as a spectator, where your just watching your team mates play a round.
One of the best thing about prop hunt is it wide variety. There is roughly eight to ten maps to play with a large range of props to be.
No prop hunt game is the same length. Each game can last anywhere from three rounds to five rounds , with each round lasting three and a half minutes. In the being of each round there is a few seconds given to hide yourself if your a prop.
When starting a new game two maps are given to vote on between the players and naturally the map with the most votes gets played. On top of that to keep things mixed up and interesting you don’t get to much of a choice when it comes to the props you get.
Once a Map is chosen and enough players are gathered to play the game will start in roughly in thirty seconds. At random you’ll either start as a prop or have to wait about fifteen or so seconds to being finding the props.
BEING A PROP
When starting off as a prop, you are given roughly ten seconds maybe a few more to find a good spot to blend in and hide. What prop you start with is chosen at random. I find the smaller the prop the easier to blend in. Many methods can be played, one being to find a spot and stay there. If you are a rather small prop such as a suitcase, chair or gas can, you can get away with hiding in a dark corner. There is a large chance the opposite team will miss you completely. Certain maps have a select few spots for hiding props.
If you are adventurous you can move around the entire game, as it is increasingly difficult to hit a moving target. The goal is to not die in the three and a half minute round. If the clock reaches zero and you or more of your prop buddies are still alive you win the round. If the opposite team manages to find and eliminate all the props then their team wins a round.
HUNTING PROPS
Vice versa goes for hunting the props. At the beginning of the round you are waiting a few seconds for the opposite team to hide. Once the timer ends then off you go hunting props. Unless you are familiar with prop hunt I would suggest shooting everything in site a couple times for good measure as anything can be a prop. Like with being a prop , your team has three and a half minutes to find and eliminate the props. If all props are not found the round is lost. If all are found then the round is won. Once a team reaches three rounds won then the game itself is one.
This is the basics of prop hunt. Stay tuned for further prop hunt articles. If you enjoy what you read then perhaps leave a tip or simply share this article on your social medias.
