'Bendy and The Ink Machine'

Bendy and the Ink Machine is one of the coolest games that has come out this year. If you follow the YouTube gaming community like I do you must have seen this game around. It is beloved by the YouTube community for its amazing art style and incredible gameplay. This is a horror game and an interesting one at that. It has a very innocent feel at first, but the more you play, the more sinister the game becomes. In this, I will tell you about all the chapters that have happened in each. I will also tell you about the characters, as well as my theories for chapter 4.

Chapter 1: Moving Pictures

In the first chapter of this amazing horror game you meet the first character, Bendy. The character you play, Henry, is invited back to this cartoon studio after 30 years by his former boss, Joey Drew. The first thing you see when you load up the first chapter is a handwritten note from Joey drew asking Henry to come back to the studio because he has something to show him. You go into this old, dark studio with no sign of Joey. As you walk around you start to notice puddles of ink everywhere and things written on the walls. Some of these things read "Who's laughing now?" After wandering around some more you find a room with a huge machine in it. This is the Ink Machine. Your first task is to turn it on. As you leave the room you may find another room with another creature. This one is Boris the Wolf. He's strapped to a table with his chest open. Another few feet away you find a room that connects to the Ink Machine. This is its control panel. You are told to fix the Ink Machine. To do this you must look around to find six items. As you search for these items you will find voice recordings. These recordings are presumably old workers retelling the odd behavior that Joey has. The one worker says how Joey told the workers to place one item from their desks on pedestals to "appease the gods." After collecting all of the items and turning on the Ink Machine, you go back to the room containing the machine. The room is now boarded up. Once you get close enough Bendy Jumps up! You must run to the exit. Just as you are about to reach the exit the floor breaks and you fall to this room below the studio. You grab an axe and break down old boards so you can walk down a hallway. This place is clearly abandoned, or so you think. Once you clear the hallway you find a pentagram on the floor with 5 candles on each point of the star. The room begins to shake and that is the end of the first chapter.

Chapter 2: The Old Song

You start the next chapter by waking up on the floor in the middle of the pentagram. Next to you is your axe. You have to take it. Don't think about leaving this room without it, because it is very important in this chapter. After you leave this room you'll never guess where you end up. Another creepy, dark room! You can find another voice recording here. This is from someone who seems to be worshiping the ink creatures. This recording is very scary, because of what happens after you listen to it. At the end of the recording, the voice says "Can I get an Amen?" Then the voice asks it again, but this time its not coming from the recording. Eventually you will find yourself walking down a hallway filled with ink. at the end of this hallway you will see a figure walking around. Henry calls out to the figure, asking it for help, but it doesn't even look at him. Even creepier, the figure disappears, and a Bendy cut out is left in its place. In this room you find a gate. Henry says you need to restore power to the gate. in order to do this you have to go around the building and find 3 switches. Now keep in mind the "switches" look like buttons. So if you are going around looking for levers you won't find any. After you find the three "switches" you can open the gate. Then, after you smash down some wood, you will find yourself in the music department. You find another voice recording about another character, Alice Angel. This girl is the voice of this character and she is talking about how Alice is a part of her. You can find a ink flooded stairway. Henry says that in order to get out of here you have to flood the stairwell. You look around enough and you will find the pump. But you can't enter the door because you'll never guess what happened. Another leak is blocking the door! In front of the door you will find another voice recording telling you were to find the keys for the storage closet. Inside the storage closet you will find another recording from our good friend Sammy the ink worshiping freak. He tells you how to find his Sanctuary. He gives you a randomly generated code about the instruments. Input the code and you will find the switch needed to drain the flood in front of the door.. Now, after you leave the room a lot of enemies will spawn. Even the most skilled gamer die here. There is no save maniac in this game, so be careful. Just as you are about to leave, someone hits the back of your head. This person is wearing a Bendy mask. This person is Sammy. He refers to you as a little sheep. He also says things about a ritual. He is trying to summon an ink demon, or Bendy. You escape, and you must run away from Bendy. You come across a room and a soup can rolls across the floor. Henry calls out and asks if anyone is there. Boris emerges from the darkness. The screen goes black and that is the end of chapter 2.

Chapter 3: Rise and Fall

You start off this chapter in a "safe room" with Boris. He saved you in the last chapter. In order to exit this safe room you must feed Boris soup. He has the lever to open the door. After you exit the room You find yourself in another dark room! As you look around some more you end up at a dead end. Henry asks Boris if he has any ideas. Boris takes your flashlight and crawls through a vent. After a few seconds alone in this room, and then a door opens. This door opens to reveal a merchandise selling facility. You go into another room to find another voice recording. Now, fun fact about this one, this was voiced by one of my favorite YouTubers, Jacksepticeye. That's not the point of this story though. He says that the Alice Angel toys are not selling well. Now, there are two choices in this game. You can either go down the Demon path or the Angel path. Now, I'm going to be talking about the Demon Path. You explore around a bit and then you meet the one and only Alice Angel! Now, she basically sends you on a bunch of different, boring task. Once you are done doing all the dumb tasks, she takes Boris! your one and only friend. And that's how chapter 3 ends.

My Thoughts and Theories

Alright, after the last horrific chapter, I have some thoughts. I think the next chapter will be about getting your friend Boris back. You have to save Boris before Alice kills him. Alice also says she needs Boris's ink to make her beautiful again. So I think she needs other creations to keep her alive. Those are my thoughts any way!
