Fortnite won't be getting back to the iOS Application Store at any point in the near future, as indicated by a progression of messages distributed on Twitter on Wednesday by Epic Games Chief Tim Sweeney.

"Apple has practiced its caution not to restore Epic's designer program account as of now," the email peruses. "Moreover, Apple won't consider any further demands for restoration until the region court's judgment becomes last and non-appealable."

The message precisely takes note of that Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers, the appointed authority in Epic v. Apple, closed Apple is inside its privileges to end any Epic-related records it wants from the Application Store. Epic has effectively paid monetary harms for breaking its agreement.

The requests way for Epic v. Apple is as yet in transition.
