Fortnite won't be getting back to the iOS Application Store at any point in the near future, as indicated by a progression of messages distributed on Twitter on Wednesday by Epic Games Chief Tim Sweeney.

Epic's iOS designer account had been suspended because of the organization's deliberate infringement of the Application Store rules in August 2020, which set up for the organizations' court fight. "Apple has practiced its caution not to restore Epic's designer program account as of now," the email peruses. "Moreover, Apple won't consider any further demands for restoration until the region court's judgment becomes last and non-appealable."

The message precisely takes note of that Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers, the appointed authority in Epic v. Apple, closed Apple is inside its privileges to end any Epic-related records it wants from the Application Store. Epic has effectively paid monetary harms for breaking its agreement.

The requests way for Epic v. Apple is as yet in transition. Epic has reported its expectation to pursue the parts of the decision it lost, albeit the higher court has not yet consented to hear the case. Apple has expressed that it's actually thinking about its choices for lawful allure. Apple President Tim Cook, nonetheless, told workers after the decision that he was "anticipating pushing ahead" after the decision.
