The dark units in this faction enjoy unlimited access to necromantic magic capable of raising corpses, draining life force, and causing fear among their enemies. Also, just like zombies, they have an unsavory dependence on blood and souls, which if unavailable makes them awfully hungry and unstable.

However, what this means is that, much like rats, the faction consists of a band of outcasts who survive by plundering ships, ports, and islands with their fleet of vessels.
