"The unanimous answer to what knowledge is most valuable is science." - Spencer

At a very young age, our teachers taught us to believe in science. Modern science, supported by systematic theory and experiments, has brought great convenience to people's lives, and with the passage of time, science and technology have continued to improve. However, even in a modern society with such a highly developed science and technology, there are still some natural phenomena that cannot be explained and remain unsolved mysteries forever.

The Bermuda Triangle is the most mysterious sea area in the vast Atlantic Ocean. Since modern times, navigation and aerospace have been greatly developed, and navigation in international waters and airspace has become increasingly prosperous, but the Bermuda Triangle has become a taboo place for all airlines and navigation companies. From the beginning of the 19th century to today, there are incomplete statistics. More than 50 large ships and more than 20 passenger planes or fighter jets have mysteriously disappeared here, and no one has survived.

The reasons for the disappearance of those in the Bermuda Triangle are divided. Some people speculate that it was captured by aliens for experiments. The Bermuda Triangle, which people cannot enter, is due to the more developed alien creatures building military bases here. Others speculate that this area belongs to the cracks in the earth's crust, and the missing The crowd was sucked into the interior of the earth's crust; some people speculated that it was the result of an abnormal magnetic field. The radar of all aircraft or ships would fail in the Bermuda Triangle, which is a strong magnetic field. Combined with the convergence of ocean currents, the aircraft or ship eventually entered the triangle. After the area, you can't come out, you can only die here.

Regardless of the reason, it is possible but not entirely correct, and the real reason remains to be explored by scientists. But it is undeniable that the formation of the Bermuda Triangle is closely related to four powerful ocean currents. These four ocean currents are the North Equatorial Warm Current, the North Equatorial Gulf Stream, the Canary Cold Current and the North Atlantic Warm Current. They converge here, making the central area of the Bermuda Triangle "Sargasso Sea" 72 meters higher than the surrounding waters , and there are many seaweeds inside, and there are a lot of shipwrecks and dismembered aircraft parts, which can be called a "sea cemetery". The sea area with a transparency of up to 72 meters is called a "sea graveyard", and ships are afraid to approach it.

The existence of the Sargasso Sea is a marine miracle, it is the only sea area in the world whose border is not land but ocean. The sea water in this sea area is like falling into the center of the whirlpool, and it cannot flow out all year round, adding a sense of mystery to the entire Bermuda Triangle. As early as the age of discovery, Columbus discovered the Sargasso Sea when he sailed. At that time, when Columbus's fleet approached this sea area, they saw a green patch from a distance, thinking that they had found an island with a good green environment, but as they got closer to the Sargasso Sea, they realized that something was wrong. The fleet seemed to be sucked by something and accelerated towards the center of the sea. This strange phenomenon made Columbus very scared. With many years of sailing experience, he realized that something was wrong, so he immediately informed all the crew of the fleet that they had to change direction and stay away from this sea area as soon as possible.

The "New World" I thought was a sea of death. Columbus and others sailed out of the Sargasso Sea after more than half a month of arduous voyage. Had he not been alert enough, he would have died here like those who disappeared, the Americas would have been discovered decades later, and world history would have changed. After this matter passed, Columbus hurriedly wrote a letter to the King of Spain who supported his voyage, informing him of the matter.

In the letter he said: "This sea... the waves are rolling, and for eight or nine days, the sun and the stars cannot be seen in either eye... I have seen all types of storms in my life, but I have never encountered one. It's been such a long and violent storm", which vividly describes the dangers of the Sargasso Sea. It is worth mentioning that Columbus's written record of the Sargasso Sea is the earliest written description of the Bermuda Triangle in the existing documents in world history. As one of the survivors of this mysterious sea, after returning to his country, Columbus has repeatedly warned the latecomers not to go here easily.

However, the development of science is inseparable from exploration. Even if the Bermuda Triangle is dangerous, there are still many explorers who risk their lives to go. They naturally dare not approach the Sargasso Sea in the central area, but explore the nearby Bermuda Islands. Moreover, these islands have beautiful scenery and are tourist attractions worthy of development. In today's Bermuda Triangle, many people have lived in the surrounding islands, and a relatively complete tourism system has been formed. Every year, tourists from different parts of the world come to the region to travel and take pictures.
