The past 20 years are undoubtedly the fastest 20 years of China's economic development. Of course, the fact that my country's economy has achieved such rapid growth is also a solid foundation laid for decades. Fortunately, we have caught up with the good times of China's development. Swiss economists predict that China will have the world's third-largest city, tying it with New York and London.

At first many people thought the city was Hong Kong. If it was 20 years ago, Hong Kong was indeed named "Port of New York" with New York and London, but today's Hong Kong is no longer comparable to New York and London. And even at its peak, Hong Kong was hardly a super city. There are currently only two super cities in the world, one is New York and the other is London.

After all, the United Kingdom used to be an "empire on which the sun never sets." For a long time before the rise of the United States, London was the world's largest city. Although the United Kingdom has fallen, London is still the largest economic center in Europe. Influence is still the world's top existence.

Needless to say, New York is the uncrowned king and the most prosperous city on earth. The two cities of New York and London are the economic center of the Americas and the economic center of Europe respectively. Careful friends should be able to guess what I am going to say next. So why hasn't Asia emerged as a dominant economic center?

To paraphrase an old Chinese saying, the birth of a super city must occupy the right place, the right place and the right people, Hong Kong occupies the right place and the right place, and Tokyo occupies the right time and place, but these two giant cities are still a little short of taking over the crown. Crowned as Asia's super city.

Swiss economists predict that the super city that will be born in Asia in the future must come from China, and most likely it will be Shenzhen, China. Some people will say that Shenzhen has only 40 years of history, and its heritage is not enough. It can be analyzed from another angle. It only took 40 years for a city to go from a small fishing village to a world-class city. Isn’t this a miracle in China? With the economic vitality shown by China and the explosive growth rate of Shenzhen, is it not enough to make Shenzhen a strong candidate for the third largest city in the world?

There is also a more important reason. Swiss economists believe that with the advent of the Internet of Things era and the popularization of 5G technology, Shenzhen is also my country's "smart city first demonstration city". If Shenzhen is the first city in the world to complete the transformation from traditional cities To a city with excessive smart cities, it is inevitable that Shenzhen will become the third largest super city in the world. There is no doubt about this.
