Hold On

A moment of your time please

Whose fighting for the constitution? It's a good question now a days. Honestly with the state of affairs, I'm surprised we haven't had our founding fathers raise from their graves. From taking away the endangered species act, raping our land, women and children. Not one thing has been done. Wait I'm wrong, files have been redacted, truth has gone quietly out the window as it's twisted, bent and torn out of shapes. Millions hurt all for a paycheck and they keep our mouths shut with higher costs of living. If you're worried about where your next meal, gas for work, a place to rest your head you won't see what's actually happening in the midst of everything. History repeats itself to teach lessons that get forgotten. Memories fade and those that do remember get pushed to the side. This is exactly what it's shaping out to be, a call to action. Flock cameras, AI super race, everything spiraling and getting ready for a fall. I understand these things do not change overnight, but we need to be vigilant and hold our congress responsible and accountable. While we are busy following the next trend, filming the newest dance, eating at that new pop up restaurant and trying to find the time for our own individual selfs, we are losing more rights by the day. Flock cameras going up everywhere, towns being divided over the matter. I know I can't be the only one with this sentiment as I've talked extensively with peers and all walks of life. As well as had my fair share of experiences. The only thing I can tell is it is a literal crime to be poor in our "Great" USA. The lawmakers won't tell you that, and none of the law books or laws have it specifically stated where it is illegal to be poor. Than you start looking at the fines, you start looking at cases as well as other laws. One being it is illegal to drive without insurance, but if you barely make ends meet, when do you decide to pay your insurance money or put food on your table for your family. Do you commit a misdemeanor just to make it to work in hopes that you'll be able to make enough to make it through. Or are you "lucky" enough to be able to pull out of your paychecks early? That's another trap, yes the convenience of getting same day pay, but when you use that for daily living when you have no choice now you've slowly robbed yourself. Now you've put food on your table, and have some for insurance, but here comes rent and you're already behind and almost facing eviction. That's not to count your car payment, internet, phone (you have to have in order to work or even get anywhere), health insurance (because you make too much for assistance), gas in your car, electric bill, water bill, or any subscriptions you may have. While our congress sits in balls, galas, hushed meetings to redact files and hide truths we the people are suffering. We the people are being raped, we the people are being divided, we the people are being policed by a secret force. All the while they make profits off our data, off our insecurities, off our fears. It's no secret everyone knows it, and they will tell you with a smile that's what they're good at. What's the solution, there are more out there working on that and we need to follow them. We need to look back to all the civil rights movements and organizations and what they were doing to build community. We need to relook at some of these "gangs" and reallocate their resources to work together and put their own beefs down. We need to stop looking at our neighbors as if they are the ones out to hurt or steal from us. History shows that those in power ultimately fear only one thing, that is the masses they are in "control" of stepping up and flipping the tables. Now is the time to get angry and rise up, ride up and tell our government no longer and change needs to immediately happen. There are those that say things need to happen peacefully, here is my argument Jesus flipped tables, turned cheeks, as the expression goes (actually slapped faces), sat with everyone. There are records of him across the globe at different regions, so Christians I ask you this if the "Savior" was here today would you recognize him? Would you believe him as you do devoutly claim? Because although the times and technology has changed since he was recorded here last, the behaviors of those in power have not. There is no being silent to save face, because we all face the consequences when that happens. Write to your local government, show up to town meetings, vote on things that matter and most importantly don't forget your right to not choose any of the choices given to you when presented at the ballot box. The more we exercise our own rights, and the more we make our voice heard as a collective than we will be able to have the local farmer in government, we'd have the school teacher, we'd have the different walks of life that makes us who we are. Those making laws and governing are going by their own pocketbooks hence why it's a "fine" they're fine to pay when they do wrong, but one normal person grabbed from the street doing the same crime would be punished to servitude, my apologies jail time.
