I will share some of the most authenticated and well-researched methods for child height prediction.

1. At the age of Two Years.

Here, I am describing a method to predict your child’s height: According to this research, if the child’s height at the age of 2 is 32 inches or 34 inches, the most probable possibility is that their height will be doubled (64 inches or 68 inches) when they become adults.

Therefore, child specialists often advise the parents to take the utmost care of the child’s health during the first year. The first year of any newborn is the fastest growth period. If a child remains healthy and disease-free during the first year, his final height and growth will improve and be excellent later.

2. Genetic Potential Height Predictor

According to this method, you may estimate your child's height:

First, measure the height of the child’s mother. Then, take data for the height of the father. Add both of the two heights and get the average.

To get an idea of a boy's height, add 2.5 inches to that average. To get a girl's height, take that average and subtract 2.5.

For example, if mom is 5 feet 4 inches (64) and dad is 5 feet 10 inches (70 inches), the average will be 67 inches or 5 feet 7 inches.

According to this American Academy of Pediatrics method, the estimated height of a child according to gender will be as follows:

Boys: 5 feet 8.5 inches

Girls: 5 feet 3.5 inches

These days, kids are hitting puberty earlier because their bodies are starting to make reproductive hormones much sooner than before. Usually, these hormones start around 14 years old, but now they begin as early as 6–7. When a child’s body is still growing, these hormones stop their leg and arm bones from getting longer, especially at the joints.

Certain chemicals are present in processed and packed foods. Additionally, the growth hormones in synthetic animal feeds and fertilizers go directly into our bodies when we eat animal or crop products.
