In the past, men were strong and lived lives of legends; modern men, however, are weak and fragile. But why are we experiencing the downfall of modern men? What happened that completely changed the course of history? This video is going to be controversial yet factual. I will go over seven dirty habits that keep men weak. Watch the video only if you have the courage to face the truth.

Number 1: Masturbation. Masturbation is normal; that's what society has been telling you. According to a survey, 70 percent of men around the world masturbate; some countries have even higher rates. If you believe that masturbation is normal, you are a fool. Listen, when you masturbate, your brain fights you not to do it, and you even feel guilty about it. And when you are done beating your meat, you feel lethargic and lifeless. It feels like you have drained all of your power from your body. It is true, there is huge power in semen retention, and when you let it flush down the toilet, you waste that power and energy. And know this, when you do it for a long period, you become addicted to it. No matter what society tells you, you must use your rational mind to think and act. Understand this, whatever I say here is only meant to help you move towards progression.

Number 2: Social media. Social media is taking away your time and purpose. Now, most of you will oppose me, but think about how many hours you spend in one day on social media. I am sure 80 percent of you will use it for negative purposes, and if not, then for some nonsense content. Now think again, what if you use this time on something productive instead of wasting your precious time using social media? Try to utilize it for something significant. It can be learning a new skill, going to the gym to bulk up, or doing research to expand your knowledge. As everyone knows, social media can be a great tool to learn more about the world and broaden your knowledge, and yet most of us use it aimlessly. Listen, your existence in this world is for a purpose, and if you do not live up to that, know that you have wasted your life.

Number 3: Lack of accountability. Most modern men are escaping from their responsibilities, leading to a number of consequences. Know this, when you lack accountability, you are not taking responsibility for your actions, which can greatly impact your life. How? When you lack accountability, you lack the drive to accomplish great things in life. You lack the motivation to take ownership of your actions, and this leads to a number of other issues in your life. One of them is the lack of trust. When you don't take accountability for your actions, people will not trust you because they know that if you are not responsible enough to take care of your own life, how can you commit to them? Understand this, if you want them to trust you, you must show them that you are a person who is committed and takes responsibility for his actions in life.

Number 4: Video games. The desire to be strong, the desire to have status, the desire to fight like a beast. Video games make it a breeze for men to accomplish these things in games. Modern men are so immersed in video games that they have forgotten how to be strong in real life. And when these game nerds start to face reality, they cower because they have never been exposed to the real world. And when they start competing in real life, they fail miserably. But that's not all, video games waste a lot of your time and energy that you can channel for something more productive and real. I am not saying do not play video games at all, but do not indulge yourself to the point where you break the connection with reality. As I said before in many videos, addiction to anything is very dangerous, and video games are not an exception. Once you are addicted to it, you cannot escape from it.

Number 5: Lacking discipline. If you want to succeed in life, you must be a disciplined person. Without discipline, you cannot achieve great things. Discipline in life is just like the steering wheel of a car. Discipline helps you stay regulated and focused on your goals and fulfillment. But when you lack discipline, you lack that motivation to move forward in life. You lose the drive to stay focused, leading to undesirable consequences. When you lack discipline, you are swayed by other useless things instead of doing what needs to be done. You lose your grip on time management, which can cause great damage in both your personal and professional settings. When you lack the time management factor, you automatically lose touch with being consistent in your everyday life—things to do, people to meet, and commitments to fulfill.

Number 6: Blaming others. As a man, if you are blaming others for your mistakes and weaknesses, you are pathetic. Men are powerful beings who don't cower in the face of adversity. No matter how hard the times are, how challenging the task is, they will face it and overcome it. I've seen men fighting over little things with women and blaming them wrongly. Understand this, when you start blaming others for your mistakes, you demonstrate weakness and a lack of responsibility. When a woman sees you behaving in such a way, she will run in the opposite direction because she needs a strong and responsible man to take care of her, not a wimpy boy who can't even take responsibility for his actions.

Number 7: Poor sleep hygiene. Getting proper sleep on a regular basis makes a big difference in your life. It not only helps you maintain a normal routine but also keeps you energized during the daytime to work productively. Most modern men have poor sleep hygiene, a brutal reality that no one seems to comprehend. Men spend their whole nights playing video games, attending parties, and watching movies, and they sleep in the daytime. In reality, daytime is meant to be spent hustling and making plans for the future. Not only that, but having poor sleep hygiene also disturbs your mental peace. Think about how you feel when you wake up from sleep after partying all night. You feel lethargic, you feel dead inside, your brain doesn't work properly, and your body parts don't function properly. And all you do is then stay in your bed for the rest of the day. What kind of life is this? Are you happy with it? Think carefully because time is everything. Once it's passed by, you can't reverse it.
