With the recent teaser drop for Book of Boba Fett, hype and speculation for the show have reached an all time high, with nowhere to go but up. Little is known about the show, save what has been shown in the trailer. Boba, clad in his reclaimed and repainted armor, stakes his claim as head of the of the Hutt cartels, filling the power void left by the recently deceased Bib Fortuna. With Fennec Shand as his top lieutenant, Boba sets out on a path of fortune and revenge.

Star Wars shows, animated or otherwise, are no strangers to cameos aplenty. While there are always new and fascinating characters introduced in each show, there is also always a fan-favorite character making an appearance. From Ahsoka Tano in The Mandalorian to Lando Calrissian in Rebels, there's cameos and reoccurring roles aplenty for many characters in the universe. Book of Boba Fett is certain to have it's fair share of scum and villainy grace the small screen, especially as it is one of the first Star Wars shows to dive into the underworld and criminal enterprises of the galaxy. Here are 10 characters that fans would love to see make an appearance alongside, or in opposition to, Boba Fett.

Dengar

The Corellian bounty hunter is a longtime friend and occasional adversary to Boba. They once worked together as part of Krayt's Claw, a bounty hunting syndicate with Fett at the helm. While Dengar saw his debut in Empire Strikes Back, fans haven't seen much of him in action, save for a few brief scenes in Clone Wars, including going toe-to-toe with Maul's Shadow Collective. Dengar would make an excellent enforcer under Fett, or a dangerous adversary if he still harbors ill-will toward Fett for collecting the bounty on fellow Corellian, Han Solo, before Dengar could.

Qi'ra

The lady of Crimson Dawn, Qi'ra has a unique relationship with Boba Fett. She successfully stole the carbonite encased Han Solo from the bounty hunter before Fett could deliver his quarry to Jabba and collect his prize. This makes Qi'ra one of the few to outwit the feared bounty hunter. With Fett taking control of Jabba's criminal empire, and Crimson Dawn once again rising under Qi'ra's leadership, a showdown between the two syndicates could certainly be in the cards.

Greef Karga

One of many surprising highlights of The Mandalorian was the character of Greef Karga. Portrayed by the talented Carl Weathers, Karga is a boisterous and exuberant character, quick with a witty word, or a blaster in a firefight, he is a welcome addition to any Star Wars storytelling. Being the former head of the bounty hunters guild on the Outer Rim world of Nevarro, Greef would undoubtedly be familiar with Fett. Given his connections, charisma, and newfound political pull as magistrate, Greef would be an excellent proprietor of information, setting Boba on the right path.

Hondo Ohnaka

Everybody's favorite Weequay pirate, Hondo has walked a winding road in Star Wars storytelling, from preying on Felucian farmers to joining the Rebel's fight against the Empire during the Liberation of Lothal. This is precisely the reason Hondo is a fan-favorite character, his status as an unpredictable wildcard, an agent of chaos. Hondo's presence would certainly make Book of Boba Fett profitable!

Dok-Ondar

The Ithorian curator of antiquities at Black Spire Outpost, Dok-Ondar is willing to trade any treasure, as long as the price is right. Like Greef or Hondo, Dok-Ondar could serve to move the plot along by providing information or equipment for Fett. It would also undoubtedly serve Disney's bottom-line to bring Batuu into live-action, especially with a character like Dok-Ondar, who is often on fan's highlight list of Galaxy's Edge. Black Spire Outpost could also serve as a hub for many characters within the underworld that Book of Boba Fett will be dealing with.

Omega

Boba Fett's newly introduced sister, Omega is still largely unknown to fans. Introduced in the recent season of Bad Batch, Omega is a genetically identical clone of Jango Fett, just like Boba. If and when she meets Boba is still unclear, as neither character has ever mentioned the other. An appearance in Book of Boba Fett would confirm her survival through the 20-plus years between the rise of the Empire and the current post-Return of the Jedi series, removing considerable tension from the remaining seasons of The Bad Batch. However, a reference, either in dialogue or through flashback, would be an interesting way of confirming a meeting between Omega and Alpha (Boba) that many are expecting to occur in Bad Batch.

Din Djarin

The Mandalorian himself, Din Djarin has suddenly become an important individual within the galaxy as the newest master of the Darksaber. Whether he takes up Bo-Katan on her offer to "serve a higher calling" and liberate Mandalore is still to be seen. The finale of Season 2 left us at a turning point in the show, with Grogu leaving with Luke Skywalker to begin his Jedi training. With Boba and Din having history, and Din's new direction in the story still up in the air, The Book of Boba Fett could serve as a stepping stone into the next season of The Mandalorian and transition Din Djarin's character into post-Grogu stories.

Jango Fett

Clearly we won't be getting the actual Jango Fett appearing onscreen, after his unfortunate and all too brief run-in with Mace Windu, but Jango is still a pivotal character in any story about Boba. While many fans still refer to Jango as Boba's "donor", this is a short-sighted assessment and overall flawed view of their relationship. Boba's attachment to his father's ship and armor, and his quest to enact vengeance upon Mace Windu in Clone Wars, demonstrate how important Jango was to him. Just as The Mandalorian canonized Jango as a Mandalorian Foundling, Book of Boba Fett has an opportunity to expand upon this character's background through his son's perspective.

Bossk

Another associate and rival of Boba Fett, and former member of Krayt's Claw, Bossk is a bounty hunter with unique motivations. A worshipper of the Scorekeeper, Bossk is driven by boosting his reputation as a bounty hunter and warrior, thus boosting his status with his goddess. While he has been a popular reoccurring character in the animated shows and comics, his live-action resume is still limited to his debut scene onboard the bridge of the Executor in Empire Strikes Back, receiving the task of hunting down Han Solo from Darth Vader. As a more ruthless and bloodthirsty hunter, he could prove to be a challenging ally for the seemingly reformed Boba to corral, but an even more challenging adversary for Fett to bring down, should their relationship sour.

Sy Snootles and the Max Rebo Band

Say what you will about Jabba, the Hutt knew how to throw a party. Food, drink, and some of the best music this side of Madalore. While the tone around the Palace may have degraded with Bib Fortuna's incompetent leadership, and the lack of incoming credits and spice, Boba will undoubtedly restore the hideout to it's former glory. A little paint, some drapes, and the Max Rebo Band will brighten up the atmosphere and get this party pad rocking! Now there's just the matter of replacing the rancor...
