Is coming.... Again

The term Golden Age comes from Greek mythology, particularly the Works and Days of Hesiod.

He described the first age of man as Gold being the first and the one during which the Golden Race of humanity (Greek: χρύσεον γένος chrýseon génos) lived. After the end of the first age was the Silver, then the Bronze, after this the Heroic age, with the fifth and current age being Iron.

In the First Age of man , Hesiod describes the world as so abundant, there was no need for Agriculture agriculture. Men lived very old age and didn’t toil very hard to sustain themselves, because the earth provided all they needed . Nature was so abundant, fruit was growing wild everywhere . Animals roamed the world in a level Incomparable to today.

Each age that proceeded the first delt with humanity growing in size supporting villages , turned into cities , turned into nations. Now it seems the world population is larger than ever before in history , technology and science has grown us to a level incomprehensible to the ancients of the past.

We are at the climax , the pinnacle of civilisation. It seems now we are here , the Golden Age . With technology they are turning the point in humanity. People are living longer than any of the previous ages.

Discovering Enzymes such as Coenzyme Q10 , CQ10 that apparently rebuild the cells in the human body , the Enzyme enzyme alone is said to add 20 years to life.

It is an enzyme the body produces naturally in the liver and is used to turn the glucose from the food we eat into an energy-rich compound called adenosine triphosphate. This is essential for fuelling the body's vital processes, such as breathing, muscle contraction and digestion.

Scientists agree that CoQ10 is key to survival. Without enough, not only do our energy levels drop, but it's harder to ward off illness.

In 2018 Harvard Medical School reported to using nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN), in mice. They turned in into another compound To increased their Oxygen flow apparently the number one cause in Ageing is the lack of oxygen and blood flow. Ironically from the food we eat which clogs arteries leads to early aging .The mice given NMN increased their treadmill run time by 60% compared to animals that didn’t get the molecule, and they doubled their exercise endurance — to levels that matched or even exceeded that of younger mice.

What NMN does, Sinclair says, is provide the same benefits in improving blood flow that exercise does by promoting a family of molecules called sirtuins. “Here we have the potential of having a pill give the benefits of basically running for 10 miles a day without having to do that,” he says. That can be especially important for older people who are physically unable to exercise as much as they should. “It’s not just about trying to replace exercise when you are middle-aged, but giving you the benefits of exercise when you are too old to be able to do it.” (https://time.com/5209427/aging-nicotinamide-mononucleotide-nmn/)

With the research into epigenetic‘s Scientists have learned how to revert genes back into their embryonic state. The powerful tool that the researchers applied to the mouse is called “reprogramming.” It’s a way to reset the body’s so-called epigenetic marks: chemical switches in a cell that determine which of its genes are turned on and which are off. Erase these marks and a cell can forget if it was ever a skin or a bone cell, and revert to a much more primitive, embryonic state. The technique is frequently used by laboratories to manufacture stem cells. But Izpisúa Belmonte is in a vanguard of scientists who want to apply reprogramming to whole animals and, if they can control it precisely, to human bodies.

Izpisúa Belmonte believes epigenetic reprogramming may prove to be an “elixir of life” that will extend human life span significantly. Life expectancy has increased more than twofold in the developed world over the past two centuries. Thanks to childhood vaccines, seat belts, and so on, more people than ever reach natural old age.Izpisúa Belmonte cautions that epigenetic tweaks won’t “make you live forever,” but they might delay your expiration date. As he sees it, there is no reason to think we cannot extend human life span by another 30 to 50 years, at least. “I think the kid that will be living to 130 is already with us,” Izpisúa Belmonte says. “He has already been born. I’m convinced.” (https://www.technology-review.com/2019/08/08/65461/scientist-fountain-of-youth-epigenome/)

Elon musk recently released his debut on neural link ... Right now it is only in the beginning stages but it is essentially a super connect point between the brain and technology. Using a computer chip to Provide a super link between computers and man.

This could occur within the next five to 10 years, Mr Musk told the Joe Rogan Podcast earlier this year. “You wouldn’t need to talk,” he said. “You would be able to communicate very quickly and with far more precision.”“People could become telepathic to some degree, able to converse not only without speaking but without words – through access to each other’s thoughts at a conceptual level,” the report stated.

“Not only thoughts, but sensory experiences, could be communicated from brain to brain. Someone on holiday could beam a ‘neural postcard’ of what they are seeing, hearing or tasting into the mind of a friend back home.”(https://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/gadgets-and-tech/news/elon-musk-brain-chip-neuralink-depression-addiction-a9612931.html)

In May 2019, Jeff Bezos unveiled Blue Origin's vision for space and also plans for a moon lander known as "Blue Moon",set to be ready by 2024. On April 30, 2020, Blue Origin’s National Team, which includes Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, and Draper, was awarded $579 million to develop an integrated human landing system as part of NASA’s Artemis program to return humans to the Moon.

We see billionaires such as Elon Musk , Jeff Bezos , are trying to give real world solutions to ignite the Golden age of Man . Even Richard Branson , another billionaire is creating Commercial space travel. Where normal humans can travel in outer space . Virgin Galactic is a British spaceflight company within the Virgin Group. It is developing commercial spacecraft and aims to provide suborbital spaceflights to space tourists and suborbital launches for space science missions. SpaceShipTwo, Virgin Galactic's suborbital spacecraft, is air launched from beneath a carrier airplane known as White Knight Two.

Where essentially 12 hour flights around the world could be turned into 3 hours . Thinking a person could fly from Australia to USA in only a few hours would be unheard of decades ago. But these men are turning science fiction into reality .

With science Discovering the fountain of youth. Reversing ageing with Gene modification and enzymes. Turning adult stem cells back into embryonic stem cells perhaps even one day taking the gene from a lizard tail to regrow human body parts Turning adult stem cells back into embryonic stem cells perhaps even one day taking the gene from a lizard tail to regrow human body parts. These things that used to be fiction are turning into reality.

You told an ancient person that one day they could speak video chat to any person around the world they would think you are using black magic you told an ancient person that one day they could speak video chat to any person around the world they would think you were using black magic . Today we already have that ability with face time . Tomorrow we may have the ability to live to 130 years old easily. With commercial space travel in neural link, we could communicate through our brains telepathically with one another.

Technology and resource recyclability is a whole another topic for next discussion . But I truly believe the golden age is here the question is does humanity recognise it yet.

And what will we do with that much power ?

sustainability is saving humanity welcome to the golden age you made it !!!
