Star Wars is a science fiction franchise set in a universe far far away.
Everything You Need To Know About The Death Star
Even current Star Wars lore includes a number of so called superweapons, beginning with the ancient conflicts between Jedi and Sith, and ending with Starkiller Base and Final Order’s Star Destroyers. The first ever superweapon to appear in Star Wars and probably the most famous is the First Death Star, also designated DS-1 Orbital Battle Station. Although its time of operation was actually far shorter than that of its construction, it had a lasting impact on the galaxy, far beyond the destruction of Alderaan, or its annihilation by Luke Skywalker. What follows is everything you need to know about one of the Empire’s most terrifying weapon in a nutshell.

The Reason Darth Vader Built His Fortress On Mustafar
Darth Vader is arguable one of the best villains in pop culture, which has been stated numerous times before. What would a dark, imposing, evil villain be without a dark and looming castle to abide in? Fortunately, Vader has one of the best and most sinister castles in pop culture as well. Built on the site of Vader’s greatest defeat and sinister planet in itself, Vader’s Castle, or Vader’s Fortress if you prefer, overlooks the lava-filled crevices of Mustafar. It is as dark, menacing, and evil as the person who inhabits it. However, the castle actually has a deeper connection and purpose for the Sith than just appearance.

Facts About Bossk Only Die Hard 'Star Wars' Fans Will Know
"Bounty hunters! We don't need their scum!" -Admiral Piett (The Empire Strikes Back) Bossk, the infamous Trandoshan bounty hunter, was first introduced in The Empire Strikes Back. He was part of a group of bounty hunters summoned by Darth Vader and welcomed aboard his Star Destroyer as part of his efforts to locate and capture the Millennium Falcon, which had, to that point, been eluding the Empire. Although it was not clear what he said, he clearly was quite displeased with Admiral Piett's unrestrained disgust about having bounty hunters aboard his ship. Since his initial appearance in The Empire Strikes Back, Bossk, like many of the other bounty hunters, has become a cult favorite of Star Wars fans. This article will discuss some of the things that die hard Star Wars fans know (or should know) about this reptilian bounty hunter. This article will focus exclusively on canon.

Original Jabba The Hutt From 'A New Hope' Has Been Made Canon
Did you know Jabba the Hutt was once a human instead of a giant slug creature? Like many things in Star Wars and the story of the franchise, things change and evolve with time. Concepts change, character design changes, and in other cases some characters are fused together to become a single character. The biggest example of course being Anakin and Darth Vader, obviously. Thus is the fluid nature of George Lucas’ creative process.

Darth Vader Is Going After Crimson Dawn
SPOILER ALERT FOR WAR OF THE BOUNTY HUNTERS #3 AND STAR WARS #16 In the recent Marvel Star Wars comic series, we see Darth Vader acting independently of his own accord. After being rescued by Leia, Chewbacca, and Lando, Luke then returns to the Rebel Alliance, once again out of reach of the Dark Lord. Life Day One-Shot Comic Coming From Marvel
Many people (including George Lucas himself) would like to forget the Star Wars Holiday Special that aired November 17, 1978 and was never rebroadcast. However. Other parts of the franchise have since included references to it, including last year's The LEGO Star Wars Holiday Special. And earlier this year, the animated segment that introduced Boba Fett was actually included on Disney+ under the title "The Story of the Faithful Wookiee."

'Star Wars' Theory: Luke Was To Deflect Attention Away From Leia, The True Secret Weapon Against The Emperor
"No. There is another." The revelation that Luke and Leia are siblings was one of the biggest plot twists in cinema history, and it is one that fans continue to talk and debate to this day. These revelations also proved that Luke was not, in fact, the last Jedi, and that Leia had an equal potential to become a Jedi master. Had Leia known about her heritage sooner, she might have been able to not only lead the Rebels against the Empire, but also fight against the Sith alongside her brother. A new theory suggests that perhaps this was the plan for Leia the entire time.

How The MandoVerse Could Adapt The 'Thrawn Trilogy'
In December 2020, Lucasfilm announced that The Mandalorian will not just be a single show but part of an ongoing series of spin-offs all leading to a big climatic event. Many fans wonder just what that big climatic event can be. There are some ideas. In the season 2 episode of The Mandalorian “The Jedi,'' we see Ashoka Tano searching for none other than Grand Admiral Thrawn, who has apparently survived the events of Star Wars Rebels. Now that Thrawn has returned to his original post-Return of the Jedi era, many think that perhaps the MandoVerse, in some ways, will be a loose adaptation of Timothy Zahn’s epic Thrawn Trilogy. Our heroes may be fighting against the Grand Admiral and stopping him from restoring the Galactic Empire. How will this Thrawn campaign pan out, or will it pan out at all? Will it be a point for point remake of the original? Who will fill in certain roles? What is Thrawn’s ultimate end goal? Well, here are some speculations.

'The Book Of Boba Fett' Could See The Return Of A Surprise Character
For a show that is slated to come out in about four months from now, there has been surprisingly little (official) information on The Book of Boba Fett. The cast of Obi-Wan Kenobi, which is scheduled for release in the spring of 2022, has been announced several months ago, and there has been a ton of leaked set photos from the Andor series. On the other hand, nothing like this has been revealed thus far for The Book of Boba Fett. We know that Temuera Morrison will return as the famous bounty hunter, Ming-Na Weng is going to join him as Fennec Shand, and at least some of the series’ action will take place an Tatooine. What has further been confirmed is that Jon Favreau and Dave Filioni will be working behind the cameras as writers, directors, and executive producers, together with some other people of Mandalorian fame like Bryce Dallas Howard and Robert Rodriguez.
