Scam of Cooking
Cooking is an essential part of human life that has been practiced for thousands of years, and it is not something that can be dismissed as a scam. Cooking is the process of preparing food by applying heat, and it is a skill that has been passed down through generations. It is not only a way to provide nourishment but also a way to express creativity and culture. Cooking allows people to experiment with different ingredients, flavors, and techniques to create unique and delicious dishes. There are many reasons why cooking is not a scam. Firstly, cooking can be an enjoyable and fulfilling experience. Many people find cooking to be a therapeutic activity that helps them relax and unwind after a long day. Cooking can also be a social activity, bringing people together to share meals and bond over food. Secondly, cooking can be a healthier and more economical option than eating out. When cooking at home, people can control the quality and quantity of the ingredients they use, making it easier to create healthier meals. Additionally, cooking at home is often less expensive than eating out, making it a more budget-friendly option. Thirdly, cooking can be a way to reduce food waste. By cooking at home, people can use up ingredients that might otherwise go to waste, such as leftovers or produce that is about to spoil. This can not only save money but also help reduce the amount of food that ends up in landfills. Finally, cooking can be a way to connect with one's culture and heritage. Many traditional dishes have been passed down through generations and are an important part of a family or community's history. By learning to cook these dishes, people can keep their cultural traditions alive and pass them on to future generations. In conclusion, cooking is not a scam, but rather an essential and rewarding part of human life. It allows people to express creativity, bond with others, save money, reduce waste, and connect with their cultural heritage. While some people may not enjoy cooking or may find it challenging, it is important to recognize the many benefits that cooking can provide.

The Compulogical Fallacy
In their classic work, The Philosophical Foundations of Neuroscience M.R. Bennet and P.M.S. Hacker (BH) gave the name mereological fallacy to the logical disorder at the heart of much neuroscientific thought at the time. Then, and sadly still to this day, neuroscientists commonly assigned various cognitive attributes to the brain that can only logically be attributed to a whole human being. Examples include things like having memories, desiring things, seeing, tasting, judging, evaluating, etc. Their intent was to show the logical contradictions that arise as a result. In my view they were quite successful in that endeavor.
