The Story of Yuki Cross
Yuki has been walking for some time unaware of time or place. Slowly struggling to find it in her heart to admit that he's gone now and he's never coming back. Finally she comes to a stop, before looking around she takes a few deep breaths as if to clear her mind of what just took place hours ago. Slowly she looks up trying to find out just where the hell she is. From a distance she sees a crystal clear blue stream followed by an old wooden bridge over it leading to path that heads into the woods. After a few moments of hesitation she starts walking towards the bridge wondering what awaits her in the woods. Night seems to be vastly approaching, she looks around once more to find a safe spot in which to camp for the night.

Lucid: Chapter 1
PROLOGUE Damn... back to the real world again. Life is great and all but... I'll leave that comment for later. Most people wake up happy to see another day, “all praise to the most high,” they say. Me? I'd rather sleep for the rest of my life. I don't mean to die or to go comatose. I mean, literally sleep. See, me... I'm what you'd call a "lucid dreamer." I'm as conscious while dreaming as I am right now. The worlds I enter in the dreamscape are beyond amazing. This “real” world is bland and dry in comparison.

The Great White Wolf
The White Wolf As I lay there in the sun, I breathe in all the smells of the forest floor. The moss carpet growing along the bottom of the tree, the birds flying around in the tree tops, the small animals scurrying about in the bushes. The insects flying and crawling around the forest they have as their home. I small rabbit jumped out of the thicket about 5 feet away. He stood up on his hind legs and twitched his nose in the air to see what danger is around. I slowly rolled over onto my stomach completely and watched the rabbit through the bushes that separated me from him. He must have heard me because he froze and stared straight through the bushes. I dared him to make the first move and bound off through the forest floor as fast as his legs can carry him. I see his nose twitch and I knew the chase would begin at any moment. And with that thought the rabbit took off to the right to escape the danger he could smell in the air. I took chase and launched over the bushes to pursue my lunch for the day. I remember my mother always telling me not to play with my food and to just eat it. I always felt that playing with it always made it more fun to want to eat it. I chased after the rabbit for a short period to let him feel like he had one last victory before his decided death. I lunged at the rabbit and caught it between my teeth. I laid down on the forest floor and enjoyed my little snack. I laid down on the forest floor and continued to enjoy the warm evening sun. My. Life felt so simple and at ease in the small simple moment. I drifted off to sleep with the pleasant thoughts.

The Misplaced Book 2: Finale
CHAPTER 18 : THE MISPLACED Panga was having difficulty comprehending what spread out before her in the valley below. She and Evan had reached Darnaxes’ army just after sundown. The number of campfires spoke volumes about the army they would encounter in the morning. What disturbed Panga most were the guards that ringed the camp. As she reached out with her empathy and found no emotions to connect with, it confirmed her fears. Shades. She had hoped they would not encounter them, but knew that would be impossible. Towards the back of the army were five enormous shadows. They seemed to blend into the darkness making their features difficult to make out. Above them circled four legged winged figures with eagle like faces. Griffins, Evan had called them. Interspersed between them was smaller, more bird like creatures. Panga wasn’t sure if they were part of Darnaxes’ forces or scavengers following the army.

The Fallen (Uriel), Part One
He saw her from across the bar, where this man sat talking her ear off. Uriel could not stand it not for one minute longer. He shifted his seat and began to push the chair away. Someone gripped his arm. He looked back, and he could see his tight-lipped brother holding him to his seat. "If I was you, brother, I would not do such a thing as you are about to do."

The Necromancer
The Necromancer Promethean Thomas III For those who desire to delve into the precipice of death with the obsession of the human's fear, the desolate room of research of Promethean Thomas III would do ideally for you. For none such place can prove analogous as this here room in which he resided befitting that of his so called entitlement. For Promethean Thomas III had felt it only purgatory for the Goddess, God or mystical Pegasus to have placed him on this plane with air to breathe, lungs to transpire, so on and so forth and yet plague him with a dire need to fear aspects unbeknown to him. This constant state of psychological liminality provoked him sorely. For on one side he was living through all the tools provided an organism to live and the other side, Promethean felt he'd already been dead.
