What's up my readers? My name is Mr. brown the third. The original Mr. Brown is my grandpa and he was one of the coolest mofos to ever live. Of course I'm partial but ALOT of his accomplishment are objectively impressive. He created the largest real estate companies ever, which made me one of richest little boys born at the time of my birth.

There was only ONE giant problem that would get in the way of my happiness and it happened when I was still too young to understand.

The COVID-18 pandemic brought out complete chaos and huge shift.

Even though my family had been able to remain very rich and very powerful of infrastructures and governments around the world we're falling down around us.

When the perfect placement plan was introduced things rapidly began to decay for my father.

The bubble pod and block system was a disaster for capitalism but also important to slowing down and stopping the spread of the deadly virus.

But my father would not get me the application I needed to apply for residency in the bubble. Perfect placement was created to protect the people. But the price it came with was relinquishing control to a system and most important to my father giving up ALL privacy.

That was not an option for my father and because I was apart of the Brown family he made it clear that it was also not going to be my path.

Like I said I was born into a life of unfathomably happiness and this sickness and this virus was getting completely in my way. My father was being delusional as the launch got closer the bubble system would be the only place to protect law abiding citizen. Soon the rest of the world would be full of phase oners and let's just people are at best anti government independents and at worse lawless terrorist.

Luckily at seemingly the last second my father introduce me to an option that had been reserved for the ultra rich and elite classes. An alternative to the bubble system if you will.

The details were foggy as my father had my at reserved for the elite, but there had been technology developed that could make a simulated world practically real.

What they discovered was that by planting seeds in the simulated world the world began to reproduce the plant causing all the scientist to celebrate.

The true importance of the experiment was lost on me but apparently the result meant that they had successfully created a working replica of our world.

The projects began with the ultra rich being able to pay for exclusive access to have a copy of themselves placed in the simulated world. Just a copy would cost a fortune but people paid to have their name and legacy attached to the greatest invention of humanity.

It was the dream of the ultra rich. Having yourself in this world could guarantee ultimate legacy because the simulated world was self sustaining and protected from issues our real world was certain to face.

The idea was there would always be proof of the world through this simulation even if humanity itself went extinct the belief was this world would exist for whoever or whatever inhabited the space next.

But after the untimely run in with covid and to some people's belief even before the virus was officially recognized, scientist on the project shifted to rouge experiments consisting of trying to download a real human being into the digital world.

My father told me that the true studies had been held at secret headquarters and they used the original project as a cover and to raise funds for the real mission.

Transportation between worlds was the main focus of the study for years.

In the beginning they could not figure out how to get a physical object from our base world into the to the simulated world and they also failed to bring forth physical objects from the simulated world into our base world.

But the cover project provided more than just a cover and funding to the actually mission, it provided insight to the solution.

A scientist working on the cover project accidently wrote a thesis on how the technology they were using to download things into the digital world could do much more.

His theoretical ideas on how to link to objects in the world and control them from our base reality finally provided the missing link.

After creating the technology to control objects in the digital world via a link connection in the base world the scientist were on fire. Shortly they discovered the mechanics to move from object to linking control of human in digital world to humans in the base world.

The breakthrough was outstanding but they didn't stop there. The scientist were obsessed over the fact the individual in the base world could only watch on a screen as they controlled a body of theirs in the digital world. The subject were conscious that their own bodies were hooked up with chords laying in a chair controlling the digital bodies but they could never sense or perceive the digital world directly.

One particular scientist wanted the subjects to be able to hook up and then also perceive the simulated world with their own senses and consciousness.

How to make the body respond to the world it was linked to and not the world it was controlling the link from caused several issues and even a few human casualties.

Obviously this project as well as other government agendas and intelligence projects were top secret and hidden from the majority of the citizens.

Luckily my grandfather lived a life that put me and my father outside the majority of citizens. For my father project headquarters was not a secret.

Unfortunately for me as the virus spread and more economies collapsed project headquarters became a big part of my father's life.

My dad got several tours and interview the scientist behind the secret project.

My father had found a location where the link was working well almost great.

In the base reality there would be several individuals in a floating craft all hooked up to the newest tech living walking breathing and seeing the world's in their digital bodies forgetting the truth of their base bodies.

These locations had been popping up in limiter air space locations for quite some time before my father showed me a pamphlet, days before the launch of phase one.

It had apparently been all the rage amongst the elite families.

(New City) reserved for people to escape the dwindling base universe for a simulated experience.

The freedoms privalages and experience is that all the folk lost during the covid epidemic were only available through "headquarters".

That was the name given to the business side of the scientific research facilities. Since these "headquarters" started opening a few years ago, it became one of the only new pillars of the economy that saw growth during the covid chaos.

At first the headquarters only offered vacations, sporting events, recreational activities like snowboarding which disappearing in the base world.

They even opened a location for cheaper for people to just walk around without a mask in the simulated world.

Least to say headquarters became the new yachts and mansions of the elite class. Being able to afford a trip to the simulated world the was the new highest status.

Most average families didn't even believe that headquarters was real and had no idea that scientist had already began monetizing a simulated world.

The public believed that a simulated world was a digital copy of the world to preserve man kind in digital form. The media made it sound exciting and educational. But the media only covered covid chaos after the virus began to spread.

When well being and way of life come into question science finds itself becoming boring. Leaving the CEO and genius at headquarters unregulated in their ventures.

I knew from reading the pamphlet that many elites rant and rave of the experience but with the government rolling out the phase initiative, my father seemed to have made up his mind.
