Obi-Wan Actually Hid Luke From The Rebellion Not The Empire
Many Star Wars fans know the classic story: Skywalker twins are born, they are separated to be hidden from the Emperor, and Ben Kenobi watches over one of them (Luke). There is no doubt that they were to be hidden from the Empire. Ben Kenobi says as much in Return of the Jedi, and we see this play out at the end of Revenge of the Sith. However, a recent theory presents an interesting possibility.

Kate GraftonPublished 4 years ago in FuturismMatrix level immersive virtual reality?
In the 1999 cult science fiction movie, The Matrix, humans live their lives in a computer-generated world they believe to be real. Their real physical bodies lay submerged unconscious within a capsule filled with nutrient rich fluid while their nervous systems are plugged into a complex AI computer simulation called The Matrix. The simulation feeds their nervous systems with all that is needed for them to believe they are in the real world, living real lives. The premise of the plot is realistic as we indeed create our reality based on stimuli interpreted by our nervous system¹.

Both the origins and the reverberations of migration are multifaceted and tangled, taking numerous forms from voluntary to forcible. Shirley BelkPublished 4 years ago in FuturismThere Is A 'Mandalorian' Movie Possibly In Development
The Mandalorian has been so successful that it has united much of the Star Wars fandom after a few divisive films. In terms of the visuals, the quality of the series is comparable to what one might see on the big screen. With that in mind, there may be some who would love to see a film spin off of the series and onto the big screen. In fact, series creator Jon Favreau himself seems open to the idea, saying that
Culture SlatePublished 4 years ago in FuturismSnoke's Origins Revealed In New 'Star Wars' Book
There are many elements of the Star Wars sequel trilogy that proved to be divisive. One of them was the use of Supreme Leader Snoke. Introduced in The Force Awakens, his presence gave off a vibe that there was a lot more to him. Over the next couple of years, some fans came up with wild theories as to who he was. A popular one was that he was Darth Plagueis. A ridiculous one was that he was Mace Windu. And when the Aftermath novel trilogy was coming out, some (myself included) thought that Gallius Rax would turn out to be Snoke, and were disappointed when Gallius Rax turned out to not be as big of a deal as expected.

Dylan Mitchel KozakPublished 4 years ago in FuturismStar Wars: Top 5 Original Trilogy Characters
As you all well know, I'm a Star Wars Nerd. I originally wanted to start this series of rankings with the Prequel trilogy, but that list consists of characters from the Clone Wars series. I didn't want to compose that ranking without letting that series finish first, which will likely come after I post my sequel list. This ranking will not include characters from Rebels since I have only seen the first season. After I finish that series, I will eventually make an updated list of original trilogy characters. Be on the look for that!

Originally I had felt to title this Plagued, but upon reflection plagued doesn't seem like the right fit. It just doesn't convey the message of the overall idea the way I thought it would. I started with the title you see, under the usual cliche of zombie type apocalypse but as I wrote it just became something else.
