Gemini's Outlook 2021-2022

Your stars are aligned for events to occur in your life this year. These events will be both life changing and mundane, depending on the precise position of the sun, Orion's belt, the Moon and the value of GameStop and Dogecoin at close on Friday's.

Your dual nature, light and dark, coffee and tea, underpants and commando, joy and sadness is apparent to everyone you meet this year. Please note, that people either love you or love to hate you. If the latter, it is because they are often jealous of your natural ability to exhibit dialectal characteristics- such as using both the words "pop" and "soda" for a carbonated beverage. If the former, people love that you are able to convey an emotion through many ways- speech, outbursts, dance, song, and think-pieces published on the internet. Your ability to live openly in the complexities of the human experience is not unnoticed, particularly if you overshare on your social media accounts.

In your professional life, expect to continue your path towards either success or the dead end- whichever speaks to your more dominant side. Or whichever side is dominant at the moment. You are a free spirit, and if you hold an undergraduate degree in Political Science you are likely doing little, if anything, related to that degree. Your free spirit makes you adaptable, you have survived an unprecedented (but not necessarily unpredicted) pandemic, and between the masks covering your face and keeping physical distance from others, you are able to achieve anything you desire in your professional life this year. You see, while the mask was reducing your risk of infection from a highly infectious and unpredictable respiratory virus, it was covering your face- both of them. And your urge to live unapologetically in your truth was slightly hindered, but you pulled though, like the champion you are. And as this plane of existence begins to emerge from the uncertainty of the pandemic, you will re-direct your passion for being you, and mild-to-moderate passion for socialization into a better version of yourself at the workplace. Don't be too timid to approach your supervisor and ask for that raise, or the latitude to work remotely regularly. You were not too timid to shout at that car that tried to cut you off in the traffic jam en route to work. You will be presented with a crossroads, professionally- given all you have learned during the pandemic are you still willing to ignore the unacceptable, or will you make the choice to truly be you and follow the real passion that drives you?

Orion's belt shines brightly on your mental health, and just regularly shines on your physical health. Which isn't to say you won't be physically healthy, but your penchant for exercising which directly conflicts with your penchant for laying in bed playing "Among Us" is going to have to give. If you choose the side of you that is willing, ready, able, and committed- you will have the best health yet. Stay focused...you made a big show to anyone who would listen about eliminating starches and carbs from your regular diet. Do you really want to have that entire pint of ice cream at 11:57pm?

Your mental health is favored this year, but just because the stars are aligned, doesn't mean that you will not feel sadness, anger, ambivalence, annoyance, joy, over or under whelming sensations. What it means is that you are better prepared to correctly identify your emotions and mentally triage and care for yourself. And in those down and blue times, maybe that pint of ice cream is ok. There are people that love you, and the other you dearly and deeply, and it is ok to lean on them. In fact, some are just waiting to catch you in their loving arms. Others have their arms open wide, but that's because they're still doing those stretches from their virtual yoga classes from the "Y".

The interpersonal relationships with family and friends will evolve to a new level this year. Geminis that are parents will once again, have their children tell them all about themselves. Geminis that are caring for aging and elderly parents will also be informed about themselves by said parents. Geminis that don't care for their elderly parents or their opinions, and are childless will not have these issues. A few new friends are waiting to be made, and a few longtime friends will take a step or two back in your life this year. Oh, and if you have a sister- she will still continue to be your loving cheerleader while either confusing the hell out of you and/or get on your nerves.

Your love life will be terrific. Partnered Geminis will experience a year of growth in their relationships- from discovering new facts about their partners to learning new ways to relate to each other. As an air sign, your partner often mentions how you are full of hot air, and it will be your challenge to convert that hot air into loving, radiant, energy. Also, re-evaluate how passive-aggressive you wish to be this year with your partner. Do the work to either eliminate that behavior or take it up a notch. The only way to be a winner is to be a beginner.
