Doctor Who

Every Doctor I am going to talk all have different ways of dressing and different ways of giving us the Doctor, but we all have our favourite ones. The Doctors I am going to be talking about are David tenant( 10th Doctor), Matt Smith (11th Doctor) and Jodie Whittaker (13th Doctor). All the doctors travel with different companions and they travel to many different worlds. David Tenants doctor had 3 companions Rose Tyler (Billie Piper), Donna Noble ( Catherine Tate), Martha Jones ( Freema Agyemnm) and even for a few episode captain Jack Harkness (John Barrowman). Matt Smith had 5 companions Amy Pond ( Karen Gilan), Rory Williams ( Arthur Darvill), River Song ( Alex Kingston), Craig Owens (James Corden) and finally Clara Oswald (Jenna Coleman). Jodie Whittaker has currently got 3 companion Granham O`Brien ( Bradley Walsh), Ryan Sinclair (Tosin Cole) and Yasmin Khan (Mandip Gill).

My third favourite doctor is David Tennant the way he portrayed the doctor as he gives us a doctor who is just crazy and weird in every which way possible. The Doctor first travels the universe with Rose Tyler they go on many different adventures together, Rose even meets Sarah-Jane Smith (Elisabeth Sladen) and her trusty metal dog K-9. David Tennant gives us a doctor that knows when to be emotional even though he is a time lord. David gives us a doctor to remember, but when he regenerates the first time the fans are lucky enough to be able to have the same doctor, unfortunately we the fans are not so lucky the second time. After that he has to regenerates into the 11th Doctor. David Tennant gives us a doctor that cares a lot for his companions. The 10th Doctor shows a lot of companion for his companions and gets quite emotional when it comes to leaving Rose and Dona as he had to wipe her memory. David Tennant gave us a doctor that works within the Who universe. Even when the Doctors enemy is dying, he is emotional because The Master is the only other time lord in existence. The Doctor goes on many adventures with all his different companions.

My second favourite doctor is the 13th Doctor which is played by Jodie Whittaker. Jodie is the first female Doctor in the Who universe she has brought the character od Doctor who to life is such a positive way. Jodie brought Doctor to life being so iconic way, by talking to herself which if you have watched any other serious you will see that The Doctor does this a look, she also has the icon trent coat and her own made sonic screwdriver. Jodie has brought the Doctor by giving us a doctor to remember with the way she speaks and the way she dresses and cares about her companions. When Jodie first becomes the Doctor, she, falls to earth and just falls into character. Unlikely some actor who have player the Doctor Jodie just falls into place, it was like she was meant to Play the Doctor. The 13th Doctor has currently got 3 Companions She travels with Ryan, Yasmin and Graham. The 13th Doctor has currently got the most amount of companions at anyone time. Jodie even takes on the characterise of talking to the Tardis. The 13th Doctor even got her own Tardis, or it has been “re-decorated” as the Doctor says. The 13th Doctor has a saying “Aw Brilliant” she says it all the time if not to herself or when she says it to her team.

My most favourite Doctor is the 11th, I just think that can beat Matt Smith as the Doctor. He brings so much energy and wisdom as the doctor. From when we first see him as the Doctor, I just know that he is the best Doctor. Matt Smith brings so put laughter to the roll, he brings the character to life he is so childish but brings so much laughter. The 11th Doctor starts with the companions of Amy Pond and Rory Williams and sometimes even River Song all of these companions and he still knows that he is the smartest in the room. He Brings the character of The Doctor to life by talking to himself and answering his own questions and just acting like a child in general. The 11th Doctor has a very special relationship with River Song, we first see River Song when see meats the 10th Doctor nut then she forms a more personal connecting with the 11th Doctor. We see that when it comes to Amy leaving the Doctor because Rory has been killed by the Weeping Angles Amy doesn`t hesitate to follow, this is when the Doctor departed with, he best friends but then this is going to find to find Clara Oswald. The Doctor then went on the adventures with her and even spent a good couple of years away from Clara trying to save a planet. Matt Smith had the iconic Doctor Who look with his long coat, but instead of a normal tie, he wore a bow tie and with like whenever anyone question it, he reply with “bow ties are cool”. As the Doctor Matt was given some pretty iconic phrases two of them were “feezes are cool” and “Geronimo” . Matt Smith just makes this character so iconic as he gives a version of the Doctor that is so member able, this is when he is my favourite Doctor to date.

There are some comparisons between all three of my favouriate Doctors one of them is none of the sonic screwdrivers don’t work on wood. Matt Smith then gives us a line of “oh don`t dis the sonic” this just proves that Matt Smith brings a different type of energy to the character of the Doctor. In every version of the Doctor no matter who plays the Doctor we always see the Doctor talking to themselves and the Tardis. We also see that when we get a new Doctor we also get a new Tardis one of the common phrases that gets used in Doctor Who is “ oh you re-decorated, I don’t like it” we hear Matt Smith say this to one of his Companions, but we also hear David Tennant say it in the 50th anniversy episode when he steps into the 11th Doctors Tardis. Another thing in comparison that I see between all three al these Doctors it that pretty much all the Doctors companions always say “it is bigger on the inside” this is when they step into the Tardis. Apart from when Clara steps into the Tardis for the first time she says “ it is smaller on the outside” this is when we know that Clara is a very special companion. With all three of the Doctors that I have spoken about is that all of them have a long coat. In the beginning Matt Smith wore a short jacket but eventually he his got hi long jacket.
