Once in a great while, there comes an idea, or a set of concepts, that completely takes hold of and revolutionizes the way that we live. In the 1500’s individuals of the likes of Kepler, Copernicus, and Galileo, provided for us a drastic new way of looking at the universe, at the cost of their own persecution from the Catholic Church, a fault that was not recognized and pardoned until more recently. Just as the brilliance of Locke, Descartes, or Voltaire gave us a new understanding of reason, scientific methodology, and progress during the age of enlightenment. Einstein left his mark amongst this select few as he introduced to us the cosmological constant, his theories on general and specific relativity, not to mention what was arguably his greatest achievement in his discovery of the photoelectric effect, to which he went on to win a Nobel Prize for. And, so it would seem that in our current epoch of human history, that we find that this pattern continues via the field of quantum physics, that we behold once more a sentimentality that undeniably alters the way that we think about the universe and our place in it, as is found in the alluring yet enigmatic ideology surrounding nanosecond or zero-point energy.

E(ZPE) approx. = (1/2) hbar omega0

Above we see a proof expressed in Schroedinger’s differential equation that illustrates the overall significance as to the extent of exactly how important the idea of zero-point energy has become to us. In Advanced Physics courses throughout the vast majority of Universities, it has become somewhat of a standard exercise to see if students can come to or prove this solution given that E(ZPE) = E(Quantum Minimum) — E(Classical Minimum) > 0, in an attempt to better understand the practical applications and ultimately the viability behind Zero Point Energy, or the Zero Point Field. And really, this comes as no surprise, when considering such facts as to how NASA orchestrated a conference of the greatest scientists of our age to discuss the potentiality of Zero Point Energy back in 2005, seeing as to how it is, “a potentially bottomless sea of invisible, ultra-powerful energy suspected to exist in the vacuum of space,” according to the NASA website. Just as is further indicated in the way that it has become a major topic of discussion for Physicists at CERN or the European Organization for Nuclear Research found in Switzerland, which is home to the largest particle physics laboratory, and arguably some of the most vital scientific research and discoveries to date. That all is to say, that in the field of Physics, this has, in a way, become the question; at least in its relationship behind the operations of the Universe, and quite arguably the Multiverse. Even so, what exactly is Zero Point Energy, and how exactly do we find it’s unique signature permeating throughout the literature of spiritual philosophy?

Before continuing, a brief authorial note should be made that answering the question is a very challenging task in and of itself. It is seemingly ineffable to do so, at least in terms of efficiently articulating it in easily understandable terminology. This is largely due to the fact that it consists of high-level concepts that even Einstein, who at the time, was thought to have the most thorough understanding of the universe, himself was challenged by. In this way, it is interesting to observe the way, most likely due to the overall significance posed by the idea, that has caused it to become a trending topic, that people are discussing as if they are experts on the topic, seeing as even the greatest minds have grappled with it, wondering to themselves, what in the actual fucks sake is that?

To understand the idea of ZPE, one must be briefly familiar with the seemingly mystical realm of quantum physics. What we see in the backdrop of our popular culture, at least as far as the field of Physics is concerned, we have demonstrated a kind of propensity for the larger-scale picture of this particular field. We are fascinated and gripped by the idea of time, the different models that exist about the observable universe, and of its elaborate grand design, especially when we think of it in the context of the individuals who captivate our interests in this area, such as that of Einstein, Hawking, Sagan, or DeGrasse, respectively, who are very much concerned with this larger, cosmic picture. And we see it in the context of popular culture, in that the science-fiction lore that perpetuates throughout mainstream media, of the likes of Star Wars or Star Trek, speak to this universal thought of the universe. Conversely, Quantum Physics, is in stark juxtaposition to these ideologies, insofar as it is concerned with the much more microscopic nature of the universe, by providing physical properties to the lowest scales, at the atomic and subatomic levels. What is most enthralling though, is it is at this quantum level, that the applications not only seem endless, as is found intrinsically in the case of quantum mechanics, computations, biology, chemistry, neurobiology, healing, and the likes, but is found in the way that the more we discover about it, the more it paradoxically seems that we have been so mistaken about our beliefs pertaining to the physical world itself. And not only that but in many ways, that the smaller picture of things, mirrors and almost, in fact, parallels the larger as if speaking directly to second hermetic law in correspondence, as if found in the age-old idiom, as above, so below.

At this subatomic level, we are introduced to such precepts as that of quantum entanglement; a fascinating observation that posits that it is a physical phenomenon that occurs when a pair or group of particles is generated, interact or share spatial proximity in a way such that the quantum state of each particle of the pair or group cannot be described independently of the state of the others, including when the particles are separated by a large distance. It is worth mentioning one of the most well-known, and equally strange, experiments know to man in the double-slit experiment, which illustrates how little particles of matter have something of a wave about them, and suggests that the very act of observing a particle has a dramatic effect on its behavior. On the most rudimentary level, this implies that the mere presence of awareness, consciousness, or an observer, influences the results, through this interaction.

Fundamentally speaking, in the field of quantum physics, what is referred to as Zero Point Energy, can be more roughly defined as the lowest possible energy, or ground state that a quantum system may have, with each of these systems constantly fluctuating in and out of said state which has characteristically been described in the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle. In a scholarly article on the issue, scientific researcher of minerals John Obienin from the University of Nebraska, speaks to this matter as he notes, “ZPE touches on the way that quantum fluctuations of electromagnetic and all other force fields are found everywhere in a vacuum; that is to say that this so-called empty vacuum or void, is in all actuality, a seething cauldron of energy. Said energy is found even at temperatures of absolute zero at around -273 degree Kelvin, and by virtue when no matter is present.” For this reason, it has been referred to as a kind of epiphenomenon, or a post-secondary phenomenon that is a byproduct of an even of causality from a primary phenomenon, in the paradoxical way that it should seem that in the most empty regions of space, at the lowest possible energy level, it would appear that we find the most information and energy.

Zero Point Energy, emerges as a proponent of the epistemological observation of the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle, which postulates, quite simply, that, there is a basic limit to the amount of information that one can know about any quantum system. The exemplification of this that is most commonly referred to, is one of location and velocity, in that the more that we know about a particle's location, the less we know about velocity and vice versa. And similarly still, because of this, by extension, that the exact location and velocity cannot be measured at the same time; not even on a theoretical level. In the same manner, for a more adequate understanding of the operations that could, in theory, allow for a state to reach Zero Point Energy, it is important to highlight its relationship with what is referred to as the Casimir Effect of Quantum Physics.

Here we return once again, to the notion of the vacuum of space; instead of being vastly empty as was the previous idea, physicists believe that it is highly saturated with electromagnetic waves that can never fully be eliminated. As a consequence of this fact, we observe one of the most fascinating phenomena of the perceivable vacuum, in that, with or without any imposed Casimir effect, that the energy here, is ostensibly infinite. Even so, the effect, after it was named by the Dutch Physicist Hendrick Casimir in 1948, speaks of a small attractive force that acts between two close parallel uncharged conducting plates. It is caused by quantum vacuum fluctuations of the electromagnetic field.

As a concept, this indicates that the energy from the electromagnetic waves between two mirrors placed in a vacuum will bounce off one another, with the energy inside this field being less than that outside of it, thus resulting in the two mirrors attracting one another, a process that creates for even more energy, but that ultimately cannot be tapped into. This finding, coupled and amalgamated with this enormous repertoire of energy is on a fundamental level, what we refer to as the Zero Point Field or Zero Point Energy. Theoretically speaking, this would imply that we could almost, quite literally, create energy as if from the nothingness of the ethers, more specifically that of light, as everything is essentially light, given that we squeeze and compress these wavelength fluctuations rapidly enough.

Even with all the formulas, equations, principles, effects, and theories behind the matter, no pun intended, and with the leading scientists of NASA, CERN, and the likes probing the issue day and night, it still remains an issue shrouded in much mystery, confusion, contention, and discrepancies of opinion. We get a further scope of the magnitude of the topic, as it speaks to the ten greatest challenges posited by Physics, revealing to us as we examine the issue further on both the microscopic and macroscopic level, that they are all seemingly intrinsically interconnected, which lends itself to the more overarching goal of Physics which is to find a unifying theory that connects everything, for example, see Stephen Hawking’s, The Theory of Everything, which, if achieved, is estimated would be the greatest accomplishment of all. But even more so, in the way that it greatly confronts and challenges some of the greatest theories and problems of Physics, more specifically that presented in the greatest problem which is that of the Cosmological Constant Problem.

Presented within the Einstein-Hilbert action, in astrophysics and cosmology, the CCR refers to the disagreement between the observed values of vacuum energy density and the theoretical large value of zero-point energy suggested by quantum field theory, and it is for this reason that it is also known as the vacuum catastrophe. To better understand this dilemma, let us examine the cosmological constant and principle as proposed by Einstein. This terminology coined by Einstein refers to the energy of space, and the vacuum of space, especially in the contexts of its association of dark matter and the ethers. Furthermore, the cosmological principle asserts that are model of the universe demonstrates that it is homogenous and isotropic, meaning that all regions are the same at every scale of the universe and that in its infinite expansion, looks the same in all directions, so that at any given point or locale, that it seems as if it is the center. All points are essentially the same. It should be noted that it was this ideology behind the Cosmological Constant, and the Cosmological Principle there within, that Einstein leveraged as the foundation for his theories of relativity. And the Cosmological Constant Problem is found in that it is the largest discrepancy in science, for the values behind both of these concepts are disproportionately different from one another, on a tremendous scale.

At this juncture, we see that more questions arise than solutions. Was the cosmological constant erroneous or flawed, or is the problem at the heart of quantum mechanics? And, if in the case of the first, could it be that we are tremendously wrong in our beliefs pertaining to the material world? Because of this, it has created a tremendous point of divide between those that advocate that the energy of ZPE can be used and harnessed to solve worldly problems and maladies and those that think it cannot. For instance, those that lend themselves to relativity and Einstein’s cosmological constant, argue that while Einstein would have agreed that everything is wavelike in its nature, and that the energy is undeniably there, but that he would insist that through such forces like gravitation, that said energy, would sort of just gravitate out into the ethers, becoming exponentially weakened as it did so, rendering it inaccessible to man.

Now, having an idea of what all Zero Point Energy entails freshly stamped into the forefront of our minds, let us for the moment, take a step back, and examine the ways in which this conceptualization relates itself in the context of spiritual philosophy, whose narrative has gone above and beyond to combine these seemingly unrelated and highly esoteric issues. We see this in the context of the social sphere that emerges in what is referred to as the age of ascension, speaking of course to ascension across all levels of the universe, from the individual in spiritual awakening, and a rise in their energy, frequency, vibration, and sense of universal consciousness, all the way up to the global, planetary, and universal levels, as each one affects the other accordingly in a domino effect like fashion. More specifically, as individuals within these groups talk about the individual being reset back to zero-point energy, which certainly speaks to the fascinating convergence point, where with each new idea, it seems that modern physics is in many ways paralleling spiritual philosophy. For instance, we see this in the case of Aaron Doughty, whose online presence intends to expand your consciousness, recently made a video aptly named, Zero Point Manifestation.

To summarize, most spiritual philosophy is concerned with consciousness; increasing consciousness, or awareness, whether or not we can become conscious or aware of said consciousness, and things of this nature. As in the case with Zero Point Energy, it can come across as this kind of vague and ambiguous sentiment that we grasp, but that can be hard to put into words, seemingly always just at the tip of our tongue but not quite there yet. So it becomes all the more a daunting task to make a more complex idea, by combining these already complex sentiments.

We can see this problem arise in the following analogy that is leveraged to meet this intended purpose. Imagine for the moment that you are an undergraduate of the sciences, and you know that you want to deal in the issues of consciousness, especially in the context of its relevance with the sciences; that is a very focused topic, almost as specific as Hawking’s focus being time. So you decide to go to a collegiate convention to declare your major, and there, you find yourself amongst three groups of scholarly individuals; you have before you there the physicists, the psychologists, and the neuropsychologists respectively. These are my people you’ll tell yourself; I’ll fit right it. But then, an interesting challenge begins to emerge. To start, you insert yourself with the physicists talking about Quantum Physics, and to begin with, things go fabulously. But then, you begin to go on about your thoughts on consciousness and how it relates, and things take a turn for the worse, and ultimately, the problem boils down to how claiming consciousness affects atoms would open up an entire can of worms, which in turn would completely flip all of its theories up on its head. Better luck next time they tell you. Perhaps try the Psychologists. The jungian theory created for collective consciousness and unconsciousness respectively. Maybe you’ll be a better fit with that crowd, they’re right over there.

Determined, you decide to make your way over to the crowd of Psychologists, deciding that you’ll take it a slightly different direction to speak to this specific audience. Once again, you easily slip right into the conversation. You dive right past the joke about Schrödinger’s Cat, and effortlessly navigate your way through the conventions of Carl Jungian Psychology, from the collective unconscious, right down to different archetypes, and the possibility of the dark night of the soul, and what is referred to as shadow work and confronting the unconscious mind. So, in confidence, you begin to speak to this matter of consciousness and reality, and things go belly up. They can provide you a working definition of it; the conscious mind is that part of the mind that requires effort, whereas the unconscious requires none and much of which occurs without our awareness. You are shocked to find that one individual goes so far as to try and explain it to you through the analogy that it operates as a sort of computational central processing unit that allows us to process information, and then your head begins to flip as another goes, well, I can tell you the context that it was explained to me by a Physicists, he referred to something about a Quantum. It makes you want to pull your hair out as your head does circles around itself. Finally, a man steps forward and pulls you aside to tell you why things took a turn for the worse. You see the thing is, he begins, “Psychology is concerned with expressing and measuring the psyche in terms of scientific evaluation and observation. While there are some of us who share some of these beliefs and have some interest in the matter, holistically speaking we have to stray away from the issue of consciousness, because we cannot do that when arguing that consciousness makes up, and is our reality. For the most part, it isn’t even an exact science. It’s a good idea though, perhaps you can try the neurophysiologists over there. They observe the innermost workings of the brain, maybe they have the answers you’re looking for.

Persevering, but feeling somewhat defeated, you make your way over to the final group of individuals. This time, you bypass the introductions and formalities, or the bureaucracy of things as it were. You are beyond that and want to get to the crux of things, so you get straight to the matter of consciousness making up the material world. Much to your dismay, it is once again a circular dance that lends itself nowhere. Essentially, they don’t much like the makeup of the idea that everything is made up of consciousness as opposed to atoms. They understand that you’re adopting your ideas off of quantum precepts, but they argue that while this may occur at the subatomic level of things, this certainly isn’t the case in terms of macroscopic proportions of things, at least not on the larger level of the composition of the brain as far as they are concerned. To them, it seems that this is an argument that you are trying to replace science with spiritual philosophy or religion, and that is of no concern to them. What they care about is the neuroplasticity of the brain, and things like that. Perhaps you can try the table over their they encourage, pointing back to the Physicists. Deflated, you decide to leave and ponder to yourself if you should give up the academic pursuit, and instead try traveling to some mountain to have a discussion with a Tibetan Buddhist monk instead. After all, their literature permeates with discussions of awareness and consciousness. And here in lies the problematic area as far as the modern ideas are concerned, in that while they offer a viable solution for differing ideologies, it is hard to shape them with mathematics and plain scientific observation; the scientist feels comfortable observing the particle, he can see it, which is not the case with consciousness; it is doing the observing, making us the what is being observed, implying some unknown observer. If I am aware or conscious of my body, of my feelings, of my thoughts, in the context of this space, then there must be another observer, for I am not anything that I can readily perceive. This is why Einstein himself struggled with the Quantum world because, in his own words, he did not believe that he (God) played dice, speaking to the chaotic and random nature of the field, in that it was in stark juxtaposition to the predictability and order that he sought out for in the cosmos through the means of classical physics.

And so is the seemingly intrinsic nature of our lot. Seeing is believing for many. We don’t feel comfortable until we’ve figured out that the apparently invisible force behind a leaf falling from a tree can be described as gravitation, just as in the case of magnetization. It is the reason why atheists and individuals who don’t believe in a higher power are the way they are. With war, famine, poverty, genocide, murder, and all the ingredients of the evil they don’t see the evidence for an all-knowing, and all-loving creator, even though a glimpse out your window should tell you otherwise. The presence, presence being the keyword, of a clock, implies that it was made by someone or something, and it isn’t any different with an entire race, species, a planet, a galaxy, or an entire universe. Why should we feel any different than the particle, the brain, or the universe itself in being observed? What makes us different? Deeper than that though, it offers an explanation of our true nature. If I cannot be anything that I readily observe, such as my physical body, my thoughts, or my feelings, then by deduction my true essence must be that of consciousness, of awareness, of my spirit or soul, for these are the things which none can perceive.

So how then does this conversation of Zero Point Energy lend itself to spiritual philosophy, and does it have any scientific grounding? The short answer is yes, but to do so, let us look at this vague idea of consciousness through the vantage point of the more fundamental ideas of physics. Everything is energy or light whichever you prefer. Science bolsters this fact in that 99.9 percent of the universe is composed of matter in its respective liquid, solid, gaseous, and quite recently that of the fourth state of matter found in plasma that constitutes the majority of matter in the universe. This is why the genius of Nicola Tesla quipped that “If you wish to understand the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration; Tesla who was also of the opinion that everything, “was the light,” and that everything is a product of the same source energy. So, here it can be implied that this is the same inherent case in the matter of consciousness. If we look at it through this scientific lens, one could quite possibly make an argument that in a way, the operations of the mind, act as the energy in this equation, that is a kind of thermal, kinetic, or potential energy, with our thought or consciousness creating for the material world, which is the current argument.

As is noted in Buddhism, watch your thoughts, in turn, these become words, which become actions, all of which ultimately lead us to our character and destiny. In this case, the words that we speak could be viewed as the frequency of our thought processes, the power of the word is unprecedented especially if you view it through the creational powers of tone and vibration has. Words breed creation, and in this case, it creates or allows for our behaviors, actions, and emotions, which in similar terms could be viewed as the totality of our vibrations, hence the sentiments of high or low vibrational individuals. In either context, the vibe that they put out is a culmination of all these factors. We are constantly creating the universe around us through our thoughts, and our unique vantage point of conscious awareness. On a microscopic level, we can see this in the case of a simple classroom.

Each individual in that small environment at one time thought about a collegiate endeavor, and of a similar topic. And so they started talking about it, which brought about going through the necessary process to get there, and the result is a room filled with individuals speculating over the same issue. And they all go about reading and consuming the same academic materials, and everything of the likes. They are in essence, of the same frequency, and it goes back to quantum entanglement because while each is separate onto themselves, they are in a way broadcasting the same thing, so that, like in the instance of particles, one can hardly be distinguishable from the other in this sense, because each is essentially transmitting the same information. Birds of a feather flock together. Similarly, still, it would seem that from this perspective, there is a great amount of truth in Buddha’s belief that if you change your thoughts, that is where your sense of consciousness or awareness is focused on, that ultimately, you change your world. That being said, that is not the only scientific illustration of how one could arguably achieve zero-point energy, or come to the zero point field on an individual or spiritual level. No far from it, for there are many other scientific theories that more than anything seem to point us in this direction.

One such exemplification comes as this idea is augmented with the likes of the cosmological constant or principle. As was previously mentioned, the cosmological principle maintains that the universe is homogenous and isotropic across all levels of the universe. As within, so without. We also see this in terms of the second hermetic principle of correspondence, which basically argues that the microscopic is the same as the macroscopic level of things. In the observable universe, we see this in the instance of how the formation of a vesica piscis, which is viewed as the symbol of creation in sacred geometry, is found in the case of mitosis of a cell, as the same shape is also observed in the formation of entire galaxies and other celestial bodies. Just as we can observe that each person onto themselves has their own electromagnetic pulse, which along with it creates for a kind of force field in the shape of a torus, which is also the signature of the core of every planet, and other cosmological objects in the observable universe. It is all the more evident in the way that, even at the subatomic level of things, consists the carbon material, and the stuff of the universe, which brings along the notions uttered by Carl Sagan, such as that of, we are quite literally the stuff of stars. The atomic level is the same as on a universal level, after all, things should appear to be the same across all levels of the universe, the universe consisting of this subatomic scale. So then does it not seem the next logical step to infer that if this notion of zero-point energy can be observed in any part of the cosmos, that in the same way, that it can be found on the individual or spiritual level? If everything is an illusion, and everything, in reality, is a byproduct of consciousness, an awareness that has brought us to this very revelation, then it would seem that is in fact the case, and the trending research on the matter acts only to substantiate and drive the issue home all the more.

The findings on the matter are as prolific and profound as they are mind-blowing. Take, for instance, the scholarly article of a similar title published out of Munich Germany, entitled, “Zero Point Energy State of the Brain, as written by Pathology Professor, Mukhopadhyay Ak, in New Frontiers of Science. Here, Mukhopadhyay argues the implications of Zero Point Energy from the perspective of cognitive neuroscience, arguing that it is the zero-point energy state of the brain that is the most comfortable and restful state of the individual mind; think of it as the state of the enlightened monk. Again, there is a certain level of truth to this. It is believed that the frequency of brain wavelength of a meditating monk is that of the epsilon wavelength; the very same wavelength that is associated with the Wim Hof breathing technique that allows individuals to generate heat when in waters of extremely freezing temperatures. Think of it as an individual's chi or life force in oriental ideologies. The interesting characteristic of the Epsilon wavelength is found in the way that it generates so much energy, despite the fact that it operates at a level of a mere 0.5 hertz, which is barely detectable if you were to project that wavelength out in terms of say, solfeggio frequencies. A lot of energy, as if from nothing. And so this is the general argument, that sheer awareness, is essentially our place of zero point energy, or that of our ground state; our true nature as it were.

This is consistent with the research of Tapan Das, as published in his Origin of Consciousness and the Zero Point Field, found in the Interdisciplinary Journal Neuroscience and Quantum Physics, where he illustrates how the bosons within the brain emerge from quantum electric processes in the brain, which are only ever triggered by very small wave fluctuation in the brain, asserting that the collapse of these materials creates for the consciousness. From here, he goes on to discuss how the implications of quantum physics as found in a vacuum suggest that, essentially, zero-point energy, in creating energy out of nothing, is in a way, primarily responsible for singularity or the big bang theory, and that this implies that zero-point energy can be viewed as supreme consciousness, where our consciousness meets and converges after any event.

When we realize and come to the understanding that ZPE is being equated with consciousness, then it comes as no surprise that our spiritual leaders are telling us to sacrifice everything for awareness or consciousness. Essentially, ZPE is the origin of everything, and of every possible reality. So if ZPE is consciousness itself, the universe is made and manifest through awareness, for the universe and the bodies therewith have with them there own intelligence and awareness, then the implication is that we can manifest basically any reality or experience for ourselves by changing the point of reference of our own individual awareness. Change your thoughts, change your reality — consciousness creates the world around us. Einstein was promoting this idea, way before modern or quantum, physics took off as he observed, “Everything is energy, that is all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want, and that is what you will get. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy, it is Physics.” And yet, it has become an integral part of spiritual philosophy.

We find this in the case of what can be referred to as the age of ascension, or the great awakening, that of course referring to that of a spiritual awakening, as it has exploded behind the idea of increasing consciousness from a three-dimensional awareness to one of five dimensions, in a way that is idiosyncratic with the different dimensions of the universe speculated in string theory. Now more than ever, people are wanting to increase their awareness, their sense of consciousness, connecting them with their true nature, and interconnectivity between all things. We are not in the universe, we are the universe. And we see this in our nature to create, expand, and to grow, which are all the signature characteristics of the universe. We are an expression of the universe experiencing itself through its own awareness in infinite manifest forms. We are infinite spiritual beings, having a temporary human existence.

And it is here that Zero Point Energy becomes synonymous with Akasha or life force energy, as well as its respective place alongside the Akashic records that record all that is and all that ever was, across every timeline and reality of existence. Akasha translating roughly to space or sky. Granted it does become a little esoteric, enigmatic, and somewhat mystical at this point. But the thought that it is here, in the confines of the fourth dimension of spatiotemporal or spacetime considerations, that contains all the information of the astral plane, and all other dimensions of reality, and all the information regarding every event in the universe. What should be noted, is that this is the plane that mediums, shamans, and psychic channelers have been accessing for millennia so the implication is that it is something that can be accessed or tapped into. And the applications beyond that are seemingly endless. Could it be that the very reason that the nature of the universe in its infinite expansion, be the byproduct of zero-point energy found in the recess of the vacuum of space, that is in a perpetual state of endlessly creating energy, and other realities and the universe for itself, and if so, then if we can learn how to harness it, and by virtue harnessing consciousness appropriately, we are then looking at a power source that in essence, supplies enough energy to power entire universes, from seemingly sheer nothingness? And again, the parallelisms between spiritual philosophy become undeniable, such as in the precept that Tao, is formless, it is consciousness, and yet it is the source of everything; in its formlessness, it fills everything up, like water.
