The Last Jedi Review (Non-Spoiler)
Now, I'm not Variety or Holly Willoughby, so you'll find no spoilers here. Star Wars: The Last Jedi is the eighth film in the Star Wars franchise and the sequel to 2015's very successful The Force Awakens, but does it match that? Does it surpass it? In some ways yes, and in some no.

'A New Hope' Perhaps one of the greatest science fiction movies of the twentieth century, Star Wars has captured the hearts of millions and lost a few of them along the way as the series went back in time. Of course, I’m talking about the prequels, but that’s not the purpose of this review.

The best films, comics and TV series have always had a political edge to them — yet often, that political aspect becomes forgotten, lost in the mists of time. That's the case with Star Wars; the franchise was actually influenced dramatically by the Vietnam War. But Rogue One: A Star Wars Story returns us to that surprising, if often-forgotten, theme!
'The Last Jedi': Holding My Breath
I realize that when Star Wars: The Force Awakens bowed two years ago at around Christmas time, it was essentially a retelling of 1977's Star Wars, but with an updated storyline and a new cast. I know that, but I fell in love with this new series of Star Wars films and almost since the last frame of The Force Awakens, I've been eagerly anticipating the soft open of The Last Jedi, the next installment of this current trilogy, on December 14.

It was fanboy overload as Lucasfilm finally announced the long-awaited title for the eighth Star Wars film. "OMG they called Luke the last Jedi in the crawl for Episode VII, mind blown." Whether planned or not, the ominous title for #RianJohnson's upcoming #StarWars film seemingly spells doom for someone in the dwindling Jedi population. Cue internet trawling to decipher what on Earth the title could mean: Does it signal the demise of #LukeSkywalker, the training of Rey, or even the return of Yoda? The Last Jedi will keep us guessing right up until December 15.
Tom ChapmanPublished 6 years ago in FuturismDoes 'Star Wars: The Last Jedi' Signal the End of Jedi and Sith as We Know It?
With the episode title of Star Wars VIII finally revealed, the internet has been abuzz with speculation about the significance of the title The Last Jedi. It’s kind of confusing since the entire original trilogy is essentially about Luke being the last Jedi. If you want to get especially anal, you could argue that Obi Wan and Yoda were the last Jedi in the original trilogy until they transferred that title on to Luke. The most obvious thing is that the last Jedi in Episode VIII is referring to Luke who set himself into self-imposed exile after Kylo Ren slaughtered his new Jedi in the academy. Presumably, he’s going to try and train Rey who will take on the titular mantel of The Last Jedi. But wait just for a second there. What if we were to propose a far more radical significance behind the title of the Last Jedi? What if it’s in reference to the extinction of the entire Jedi order and Sith orders?

Back in 2010, I remember my 15 year old self angry at Disney purchasing the Star Wars franchise and saying that they were going to continue the series. I remember thinking, "Oh come on they wrapped it up nicely just let it be."

Revan Vs. Luke Skywalker: How Do The Two Star Wars Protagonist Compare?
If you have never had the chance to play not only one of the better games to come out of the first generation of Xbox, but the best Star Wars game to ever be released, then I feel terribly sorry for you. Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is a role-playing game that takes place in the Star Wars universe 4,000 years before the events of the original trilogy. It was canon up until Disney's gained the rights to Star Wars and have renounced all previously canonical stories.

We don't see any familiar faces on the set alongside them, but we can imagine that some Force-wielder will be in the near vicinity, capable of causing the destruction from afar. Not much is known of Star Wars Episode 8, in terms of confirmed information. The only aspect of the film which has been confirmed, is that Rian Johnson is directing. Accounting for the exploding land-speeder with no physical cause for the explosion, as well as the linear cut down the vehicle makes the situation appear to have a Force-wielder causing the damage to the land-speeder. The images of the set of Star Wars Episode 8 are embedded below, enjoy.
Let's Talk About Star Wars
Okay so there are many things we can talk about in Star Wars, the Force being the prime candidate. We all heard about it from many important figures. That the Force is what gives people their power that it is an energy that surrounds, binds and penetrates everything. That through hard work, training and dedication one can master the Force and become powerful. There are different paths to power, through the Dark side, the Light side and the neutral. Now through the Dark side and the Light side they follow their doctrines and code.
