In recent months, we've seen the Pentagon publicize encounters with "unidentified aerial phenomena" that Navy pilots have had since at least 2004.

We even learned that he organized a task force to investigate whether the incidents pose a real threat.

In other words, America is finally starting to take UFOs seriously, or so it wants us to think.

In any case, we are witnessing an unprecedented moment in our history, debates about the possibility that the existence of extraterrestrial life, intelligent or not, will be announced at any time.

There are even economists who predict that extraterrestrial contact would be beneficial to humanity, especially economically for the tourism and science fiction industries.

But what little is said is what kind of economy would intelligent aliens have, the truth is that we don't know, but maybe they have coins like ours.

Extraterrestrial Currency:

A mysterious coin caused an uproar on social media this week after a man from Michigan, in the United States.

Jordan, who goes by the username albanesegummies327 on Reddit, shared an image of his discovery on the same social network's r/coins forum, where it drew attention because it appears to feature an alien in its design.

“Checking coin rolls is a hobby of mine that I love to do in my spare time”

“I was inspecting a large bag of quarter rolls, opening them one by one to look for older ores with high silver content.”

“On one of the rolls, I was immediately startled by a strange coin with the bust of an alien, it stood out in contrast to the bust of Washington present on the other coins.”

After sharing an image of the coin, Reddit users reacted quickly, some offering an explanation for the unusual coin apparently being designed based on American coins.

A photo of the unusual coin found in a roll of coins by Jordan of Michigan. It is believed to be an example of vagrant currency – an art form in which people create their own designs on coins.

Named after the people who popularized the craft, “tramp” nickel became popular in the early 20th century in the US, when homeless people altered classic coins, carving their own designs with knives and other tools.

It is believed that around 200,000 classic “boom” coins were created between 1913 and 1980, and today modern artists still practice the craft, often sharing their contemporary take on the classical art form on social media.

Now these nickels are often sought after by collectors and are even recreated in castings.

Another question that arose on Reddit was what was engraved on the back, as Jordan only posted an image of the face of the coin, the owner of the unusual piece responded as follows:

“The back shows the date of the apocalypse, only those who have the coin can see it”.

Needless to say, the owner's response sparked all sorts of speculation about the coin and its true origin.

Some redditors claimed that it wasn't a classic "wandering" nickel, but rather a currency used by alien civilizations here on Earth.

Experts in the field say that there are extraterrestrial beings living with us, and some of them even assume our physical form, such as the so-called reptilians, so it is possible that the coin is irrefutable proof of the extraterrestrial monetary system.

Regardless of the theories, after finding the coin, Jordan took it to a collector at a local pawn shop for review and feedback.

“He assured me that the Federal Reserve is not being run by foreigners and that the currency is not that rare,”

“He identified it as a cheap nickel, worth about $10 to $20 to collectors.”

“While I was quite disappointed that I didn't find evidence of a government conspiracy or anything valuable, the truth is still out there, and I will continue to look for rolls of coins to find it.”

Perhaps he is right, and the piece is simply a wandering nickel, although there is also the possibility that the collector has tricked him and is himself an alien in disguise, anything is possible in this life.
