5 Of the Weirdest SCPs Ever Found or Encountered

For starters, SCP means Secure, Contain, Protect. And SCPs are entities that either do not belong with humans, pose a threat to humans, or are somewhere in the middle like SCP 001, an entity said to guard a gate to unknown places. But thats gonna be a whole other story. Also, SCPs are organized in a list, Safe, Elucid, Keter. Safe means they are safe around humans and require little to no security and resources to contain them. Elucid means they require more resources and can pose a threat, or exhibit hostile behavior. Keter class is the most dangerous class(sometimes). Keter class scps are either extremley dangerous or etremley hard to contain and require many resourses. Lets get started.

5. SCP 999 J Safe Class. The Slime

SCP 999 is an entity made of orange slime???? This scp has never shown hostile acts and actually has been used to contain other SCPs. Anyone or anything that comes in contact with this scp have been known to feel a sence of security and love. This scp is considered more of an aid than a problem. But, it may be classified as keter because it is very hard to contain.

4. SCP 303 Keter Class. The Doorman

Images of this entity have been hard to find. This creature near impossible to contain, showing some teleportation and de-visualisation abilities. Being able to hide parts of itself from veiw, this creature, although it is not known to pose a physical danger, it can emit a feeling of uneasiness to anyone near. The reason it is called The Doorman is because it hides behind doors, and anyone near or about to open said door gets a feeling of uneasiness for reasons unexplained and redacted. Its freaky as hell, dont get me wrong, put it doesnt intentionally hurt anyone. It is very shy, and curious at the same time. But, anyone who attempts to open the door, or is forced to open the door gets a feeling that tells them, 'Dont open the door'. One D class personell was tourtured with a combat knife to get her to open the door. She died 2 hours later from blood loss, failing to open the door.

3. SCP 610 Keter Class The Flesh That Hates

NO KIDDING THIS THING IS KETER CLASS!!! Its a disease that invaded part of russia and what it does is disgusting. It makes sores, heavy scar tissue, and sometimes extra limbs grow all over your body. While being extremly contagious, it can be easily avoided. But, if you live in russia, just a heads up. This thing causes its hosts to go through excrusiating pain, eventually killing it. When the disease completley takes over its host, it roots itself into the ground, connecting to a cavern like system underground. No cases have been reported of this disease, probabaly because of no new hosts to connect and expand its caverns.

2. SCP 173 Keter Class The Statue

Extremley strong, able to reproduce, broke out of containment multiple times, can communicate with others. This may not look threataning, but its weird as hell. It is made of concrete and metal so its VERY resiliant and almost impossible to destroy. No one knows how, but it can reproduce at an alarming rate. While it is easy to survive if your good at staring, this thing is EXTREMLEY dangerous. Even the shortest blink can end your life. Somehow, some way, they can move faster than the blink of an eye.

1. SCP 2598 Safe Class The Moth Salesmen

Ok, this guy is weird. He communicates in morse code, doesnt pose any threat to humans, and in all, doesnt do much. I had a very very hard time finding out information about this dude, so I am very sorry. He is an isectoid and requires little resources to contain. He has been interviewd, and interveiwers need to take 20 hours in american morse code. But, nothing really exiting happened. He did say something really weird, thus how he got his name. He said,".. / .- -- / - .... . / -- --- - .... / ... .- .-.. . ... -- . -. .-.-.- / .. / .- -- / - .... . / -- --- - .... / ... .- .-.. . ... -- . -." or "I am the moth salesmen. I AM THE MOTH SALESMEN!" He is the moth salesmen.
