The Stripper Chronicles: ONE YEAR LATER
It’s been a year since my last post & my first club audition

It’s funny how you can make a plan, & be so set on the outcome, only for things to play out in a completely different way than you anticipated.
Let me fill you in on what happened after my first audition a year ago in March of 2025.
I auditioned at 3 clubs, all of which told me I “didn’t have the look they were going for”. After I was turned down at the club, I started to freak out. I had just spent almost all of my savings preparing & training for this. I was so certain it was the path for me, I didn’t even consider not getting hired as an option. So when the door closed I was shocked & unprepared. How silly of me to not trust the divine unfolding of the plan! How silly of me to not have a backup plan. Big lessons here folks.
Looking back, I’m so grateful I didn’t get hired. At the time I was living in a very chaotic environment, not feeling super confident in myself (even though I had boosted my confidence immensely from what it was before), & I would not have had the capacity to truly sustain showing up for that kind of work. I proceeded to get a part time job as a preschool teacher (LOL talk about an unexpected shift) & landed an exclusive position as a public speaker/workshop facilitator for a company. Unfortunately that was right before a bunch of funding was cut from government programs & the company could no longer afford to offer their services so the public speaking gig was out. I learned so much from working with children & in a way it was very fulfilling for me.
A huge turning point happened in June of 2025. I applied to be a work trade chef for a 4 day tantric retreat near Sedona Arizona. I didn’t realize it at the time but this opportunity would lead me to the life I had been praying for. The retreat host enjoyed my company so much that she offered me a discounted rental opportunity in exchange for cooking at her retreats. The best part? This woman was a seasoned & world renowned stripper.
Moving to the tantric red temple in the mountains with an older stripper who is mega sex work positive proved to be just what the doctor ordered. It provided me an environment where I didn’t have to hide my interest in sex work. On the contrary it made me feel that much closer to creating that reality for myself. I had a lot of respect for this woman who has used her career as a sex worker to buy land & build a temple devoted retreat center, fund the growth of her spiritual business, & have a bad ass sexy travel vehicle all on her own. She helped me to normalize the fantasies I’d been having, as well as showing me what’s possible. Moving here also helped me to realize how ungrounded I was living in Phoenix & how necessary it is to be solid in my foundation before attempting to enter the wild world of sex work.
Nearly a year later, in February of 2026, I finally made it to the strip club thanks to a friend who brought me to the club she works at. It’s a small town club with few dancers & a much slower pace. I have officially worked 8 shifts now. I’ve made $4,250 so far. For 56 hours. That’s approximately $76/hour! & it’s only the beginning. I’m learning more & more with each shift I work. In the coming months I will return to the clubs I auditioned at a year ago with a whole new set of skills & a massive glow up, complete with enticing stage presence. I give gratitude every morning at my altar for the abundance that flows to me from saying YES to this life.
I have so much to say about this lifestyle but my bath water has run cold so it will have to wait until next post. My final thoughts-be willing to trust in the timing of things, because God’s time will always be better than your timing. Know that everything is unfolding as it should be even if it feels like it’s falling apart. & finally, deciding to become a stripper has absolutely changed my life for the better.
I’m so grateful & so blessed.
