When Seri's father came into the presidency, she were 16. That was almost 2 years ago. Since then, her parents have become more strict with her; limiting where she can go and who her friends are.

Especially her mother, who tries her best to keep scandals and family problems at a minimum for media outlets. However, she realizes that she cannot do this alone, especially with Seri's learned sneaking out tactics and habits.

Seri has gone through quite a number of body guards over the last 2 years. Many have tried and failed to outwit her.

But this time, Seri's parents have hired two more body guards. Oh....this should be interesting!

Seri was in her bedroom at the whitehouse. It's very extravagant, expensive looking furniture and of course some pink spread throughout, something you would expect for the teenage Daughter of the president....or a princess trapped in a castle. There's even a chandelier over her bed.

'There's a rock concert I want to go to tonight. Of course, Mom and Dad said no....but what Mommy and Daddy don't know, won't hurt Daddy's reputation and run for the presidency again in two years.' Seri thinks to herself as she gets ready for one of her many successful escape attempts.

Seri tore through her closet. She finally pulled out a pair of store bought ripped jeans. They have rips all up and down the legs in all the right places. Her top is a black crop top t-shirt. She put on her bracelets and took one look in the full length mirror.

Her unruly long red hair was tossed to the side. She was the typical 17 year old, in great shape of course and a body to die for. Her Mother instructed the kitchen staff to hide any all sugary things from her. Even cookies. Again, another insurance policy made by her Mother.

'Oh yeah, that's the look I was going for. Now to text Raya.'

Seri's phone pinged with a notification. 'Speak of the devil.' Seri though as she picked up her cell phone to read the text.

Raya: Hey, you still coming?

Seri: Yeah, just gotta make my exit.

Raya: Oh yeah, ones of your famous exits. lol!

Seri put her phone in her small purse and proceed to head out to the concert, unseen of course. She then headed out towards her balcony.

She stepped out onto her balcony, lightly closing the glass doors behind her. The night has already started to set in.

She steps to the edge and looks over. Nothing but grass and no one below or near.

'Of course there's no one down there. Daddy fired the last bodyguard last week. They just don't seem to learn.'

Seri moves to the side of the balcony with the vines climbing up next to it. She sits on the side for a moment.

Seri gently swung her legs over and reached for the tresses underneath the vines.

'No matter how many times I do this, the heights thing still makes me nervous.'

After a few moments of careful steps and a couple of near falls, Seri finally reaches the ground.

"Yes! Made it!" She says triumphantly to herself.

She turns to make her way across the lawn.

Seri suddenly crashes into something hard and falls back, landing on her backside with a thump.

"OOFF!! What the actual....?!"

Seri trails off as she slightly rubs her backside and looks up at the solid thing she ran into. There's an unknown man in a black suit standing there, looking down at her. She can't quite make out his face. He doesn't say a word.

"What the hell are you doing here?! You shouldn't be here!"

The shadowy figure leans down and picks Seri up by her left arm, firmly but gently.

Seri jerked back slightly as he picks her up off the ground.

"Don't touch me, asshole! Do you know who I am?! Do you know where you are right now?! Are you on crack?!" Seri yelled at him rather loudly. The man finally speaks.

"I know very well who you are and where I am Ma'am. I most certainly am not on any drugs, prescription or otherwise."

He puts her on her feet, but refuses to let go of Seri's arm.

"Well, if you know who I am and where you are and you aren't on drugs, could you let go of my arm?"

Seri starts pulling, but he won't budge.

"I'm sorry Ma'am, I can't do that."

Seri looks at him with anger and continue to try and jerk out of his grasp.

"What?! Why not?! You unhand me right now!"

Seri continues to try and unwrench herself from this unknown man. He just tightens his grip.

'Fine! This creep wants to play hardball.....' Seri thinks as she decides to actually fight this guy.

Seri attempts to kick him in the crotch, but he anticipates the move and moves out of the way of her flailing foot.

He doesn't break his grip on her and smirks slightly.

"Did you seriously think that would work?"

At this point, Seri had no choice. She starts screaming for security at the top of her lungs.

The man laughs slightly.

"Your Father fired your last body guard and your in house security has been tasked with more important issues." He said as Seri stared at him for a moment.

"Are you here to kidnap me or what?"

'This guy seriously knows waaay too much....' Seri thought to herself, trying to figure out how to get away from this guy, before he shoves her in a van, or something.

Another man in a similar suite jogs up before he can answer. The other man speaks. "Did you manage to intercept her?"The first man pulls Seri forward slightly.

"What does it look like?"

Seri once again tries pulling away, but to no avail.

The second man responds to the one holding Seri. "Well, let's do what we came here to do. Let's take her inside."

She sees the man that has her simply nod and starts dragging her back inside the White House.

"What the hell?! Did Daddy hire you two goons?!"

The first man who captured her looked over his shoulder at Seri slightly.

"You'll find out soon enough, Ma'am."

Her anger only boils over, screaming as he drags her inside.

"STOP CALLING ME MA'AM!"

The two men drag her into one of the many offices in the White House. He sits Seri down rather roughly. Seri hits the chair with a grunt.

"HEY! Watch it, asshole."

He doesn't even respond and looks straight ahead.

"Now is that any way for a young lady to speak?"

A very familiar voice speaks up from the chair in front of Seri as it spins around to face her. It's her Father and the President, Kent Lang.

"This is a new low for you, Daddy."

He looks at her with a stern look.

"For you too. Where exactly did you think you were going?"

Seri looked to the side and away from him.

"It's honestly none of your busi..."

He slaps his hand against the desk, making her jump slightly and look at him.

"EVERYTHING you do is my business! You're my daughter, for one. Even though you'll be 18 in a couple of days, you are still my daughter living under my roof!"

Seri rolls her eyes at his outburt, crossing her legs in the chair and her arms over her chest.

"Heaven forbid social media gets ANY pics of me actually having a life!" She snaps back. "OH! and ruining any chance you have at running for a second term because I showed a little bit of skin!

And had fun at a concert I had tickets I paid for, by the way!"

Seri's father was about to respond when someone steps out of the shadows behind him.

"Yes, and those pictures would be forever on the internet for everyone and anyone to see, even after your father's presidency. How about ruining your chances of going to college?"

Seri once again rolls her eyes at her mother, Anita Lang.

"It's not like I'm going to Harvard or Yale anyway."

Seri's Mother almost responds, but her Father interrupts.

"At any rate, we have decided to hire two more bodyguards instead of one this time."

He gestures to the two men standing on either side of her chair.

"Sweetheart, meet Dereck Vilicini and Andrew Garcia; your two new bodyguards."

She side eyes both of them from her chair, refusing to look at either one of them.

Seri smiles back at her father.

"Don't worry Daddy, I'll have these two off your payroll by the end of the week."

Dereck finally speaks up. "I'm ready to take on anything you can throw at me, Ma'am."

Seri gets up out of the chair and stands in front of him. She only come up to his chest. His dark features match his last name, Villicini. His eyes are a mix of blue and green. His hair isn't too long or short, his face is clean shaven.

"Oh yeah? You severely underestimate me, sir!"

Dereck smirked as he looked down at her.

"Well, by my account, you're here and not at the concert."

Seri already wanted to deck this guy so badly!

'It's also not fair that he's insanely hot!'

Seri inwardly shakes her head of that thought.

"These two men will be taking shifts, keeping watch over you and monitoring your activities."

Seri turns to look at her father.

"This also includes school and errands."

Seri gasps, looking horrified.

"Daddy no!"

"Oh yes! You will NOT go ANYWHERE without at least one of them." Kent replies.

"You can't be serious!?"

He nods. "As a heart attack, my dear. From now until my presidency is over."

Seri scoffs and puts her hands on her hips. "So even when I turn 18?!"

Kent once again nods.

"Yes. The remainder of Highschool, on to college, everywhere until my presidency ends."

"You CAN'T do that!"

"Seri, he is the president and your father. He can. Please respect both his position and his role as your Father." Anita states.

'I'm done with this!' Seri thinks angrily to herself.

She stands up quickly out of the chair and storms past both body guards, leaving her parents calling for her to come back.

"Seri! You come back here right now and apologize to both of us! Your body guards will be escorting you back." Anita calls as Seri continues to walk away.

Seri once again rolls her eyes as she hears the last of what her parents are saying, feeling her two new shadows following her towards her room. She turns on them in the hallway.

"Do you two mind?! I can handle myself!"

Garcia steps back slightly at her outburst.

Garcia gently tries to explain. "The President told us to....." Dereck interrupts him.

"We're just doing our job ma'am. As soon as we verify you're secure, we'll both be right outside the door.We won't disturb you anymore tonight unless we hear something off."

She scoffs at him.

"Did you not hear Da....him? I'm 18 in a couple of days. I won't be needing your assistance soon."

Dereck smirks a bit.

"I don't believe you heard him right, Ma'am. He said we are to stay with you, even into college. Regardless of your age until his presidency ends."

She glares at him, remembering her Father's words. She turned and continued the walk back to her room.

'I can't believe this crap! Now he's hired TWO henchmen to stalk me?!Well, if I can get rid of one, I can get rid of two.'

Seri finally reaches her door and slammed it shut on both of the bodyguards. She also locked the door for good measure.

Once she's in her room, she pulled out her phone to call Raya.

"Hey, where are you?! the concert's about to start!"

Seri sighs. "I'm not coming."

Raya starts freaking out. "What?! Why?! I thought you took care of your Dad's hired babysitter a long time ago?!"

"Well, apparently Dad decided two is better than one. He hired two new goons today. They caught me trying to leave."

Raya gasps. "Are you serious? Are they at least hot?"

You yell incredulously "Raya!"

Seri hears her door lock click and looked to her horror at her door being opened by Villicini.

Seri tosses her phone beside her on the bed, angrily stepping their way.

"What the hell are you doing in my room?! Get out! I locked my door too! A locked door usually means privacy!"

Dereck replies. "We were doing our jobs, making sure you're secure."

"Well, what if I had been naked or something?!"

"Well then Ma'am, we'd see if you have any tattoos your parents aren't aware of yet."

Seri flushes bright pink at the thought of him seeing her naked "I....Uh...."

Seri's completely shocked at Villicini's forwardness, she had no idea what to say.

Andrew speaks up. "We're just making sure you're secure ma'am. We'll be right outside the door if you need us." With that, they both leave, but not before Villicini gives you a sideways glance.

Seri suddenly remembers that Raya might still be on the phone.

She grabbed for it and oddly enough, she's still on the line.

Raya is trying to see what happened after being tossed a little bit ago, but probably heard the commotion. "Hello? Hello? So....what was that all about?"

"Sorry, they busted into my room to make sure I was "secure"."

Seri emphasize the word secure with air quotations while still talking to her.

Raya laughs.

"Are you kidding?! They did not! Wow....and your Dad is allowing two guys to break into your room? You also failed to mention if either one of them were hot."

Seri rolls her eyes as she laid on her bed.

"Seriously, Raya, is sex all you ever think about?"

Raya laughs. "Well, I am a teenage girl and apparently my hormones will be doing the talking for a while, according to the fine education we get at school."

Seri laughs at this.

"One of them did give me a sideways glance before he left, after a suggestive comment."

She's peaked her interest.

"So one of them IS hot? What did he say?!"

Seri hears the rock music start blaring though her phone.

"Shit, I can't hear you! I'll call you later. Bye!"

She hangs up, leaving Seri with her thoughts.

She changed into her pink pajama pants and top and turn out the light to her bedroom.

'Well, fun's over for now.'

Her memories replay that slight look over his shoulder Villicini gave her as he left.

'Or maybe a new type of fun is just beginning.'

She laid down to go to sleep, sort of excited for the coming days.

Not only because she was about to be 18, but other possibilities she didn't see before may be happening.
