Somber Nights

Temptations

A pinch of endorphins assuring me “we’re ready”... for what the night may bring, the clock reverses and the heavens crawl to their climaxes.

Following the curves down ya’ spine with a dash of euphoria. Red light specials silken through the crowds; engulfing the body’s pure emotion.

from temples to toes.

Subconsciously. Falling into the nights faults; strobe lights have no remorseful tomorrows. Consequences- a stranger to fiction- stranger than most.

An emotion of poets, with drastic promotion, casting stones back and forth to hinder emotions. Smoke cleansing their vision- blurry standards, truth sizzling like alcohol- posting pics with trophies- dancing another night with false hope, we all hope to drink love’s potion.

The sting of a penetrating tattoo needle; needing your flesh to tense at another’s request. A little deeper; rough around the edges; waist wines, perfect thighs, yellow cries, lessened by nighttime.

Gentle neck strokes, slow dancing in crevasses. My cup runneth over, spilling more of my liquid condolences. Taste the nectar of my sunflower- my garden answers. All responses still successors questions.

Question.

Desert sand tapped into your tapestry. Exhausted love under these melodies- pro Bono, cool glimpses. Have you ever climaxed through all five of your senses?

Releasing energy to Venus. An unworthy mind. Giving thanks to a one night lifetime- while we sit and devise. Shortly calling me “yours truly”, cursive lettering-signed by your Valentine.

Hands on your thighs, feeling on your tattoos. Severed from the world, I’m giving all of me- can’t get enough of you. Tiger stripes to you envy- wine tasting new beginnings.

Teasing Saturn with your rings; watching your body twist with vibes. Bitter-sweet, bring chills like chili- seeing through your eyes, as I close mine.

Wood chucks passing time- fingers interlocked into mine. Penetrating your mind- go deeper: Another round.

Slow wine in my lap as we take this next step. Buckle into a sweet surrender, as we serenade our love song.

Our body floating. Falling embers. Ocean eyes, cream style streams. Slow to take rise- open up your flowers. Spread seeds of freedom and imperfection- turning back covers.

City lights a bit distorted- mixing our feelings, sprung off emotions. Pizza pulls, show me you’re worth it. Grab your soul; all aboard- ticket punching.

Fresh I.d’s we’re up to something. Give freedom til we’re free, at least until this night ends. Samba, salsa, hip-hop, Sinatra. Bring your tolerance into my section- Ace of Spade, Make it Rain. Another round- power point point me to some bottles.

Sober thoughts, up in the dark. Bring me love, we’ll let them watch. Nothing wrong but we’re the problems. Outside world won’t understand. Tie-die margins, ride my frequency, make me believe, insert your feelings and drive me wild.

Peace be this journey, a tainted road trip you must be brave to take the reigns. Crank up this spaceship, light the candle, lick the stamp; possess no shame.

No crowded skies above the ocean. Ripple that rumble, back to the dance floor. shared a vision in between us as your back holds up my breath.

My lips outline our story. Give the next song a quick two step. To this fest we owe the glory. Trudging through these old emotions, outside peers hold no discussions.

Head tilts with a perfect jawline. Invisible fireworks color the surface. Sleep in peace. Create a present, two hearts sync. Lights turn on, almost in love. Fell for you seven, times no loving make a movie, popcorn and drink.

Orchestrate the greatest symphony. Spread more bliss than the color pink. No sound. No lust. Just curvature, adding my dotted line to your signature.
