In the United Kingdom we don't really have many 'porn stars' in the legitimate sense that you can actually declare them 'stars.'

You wouldn't put them on the same plateau as for example a Jenna Jameson or Tera Patrick in the United States. The genuine 'pornstars' in the UK if you could reel them off would be few and the only one I can think of straight off the bat (other than the subject of this article) would be Michelle Thorne. However that is starting to change and some one who's made it massive in the United States would be Liverpool native Tanya Tate. A gorgeous, blonde 41 year old with curves of 34F-24-34 and a confidence on camera that goes beyond just having sex. American fans may recognize her from her distinct 'Scouse' accent which some of you may refer to as 'Slum English.'

Organisations obviously recognize her talent beyond performing in front of the camera as well as she as actually hosted the 'SHAFTA' Awards back in December 2013. It was at the Rise Super Club in Leicester Square. Talented Tanya was actually nominated for severl awards that night and won the MILF of the Year for the fourth time running. Tanya's marketabitlity does extend further than porn and she started to attend the 'Comic Conventions' being a self confessed 'geek.'

In 2010 she was featured on several websites after attending San Diego Comic Con dressed as Marvel X-Men character Emma Frost. This prompted her to start her own website aside from the adult entertainment which focuses on her love of comics & cosplay. The website is called 'JustaLottaTanya' and features comics, movies and video game reviews. I visited it recently and it looks like it even covers professional wrestling as Kurt Angle was featured. Tanya also has a Youtube channel detailing her life and how she got into the business. There's also a video where she famously posts an invite into Harry Style's house to see if he wants to do a 'casting couch' scene with her. I'm not sure if he accept but the video is on Youtube which will make you laugh and green with envy. If you do get the opportunity to watch Tanya Tate then take it as she is a 'marvel' for the eye and her scenes are pretty hot.
