Pornman Four

In the first part of the Pornman story, Pornman: The Man Who Lived in Porn, Pornman begins his quest to become a pornstar, finding out that he possesses a strange superpower.

In the second part of the Pornman story, Pornman Two: The Man Who Continued to Live in Porn, Pornman falls in love with a porn movie director and wants to get married, though he has a mission to plan and execute.

In the third part of the Pornman story, Pornman Three: The Man Who Saved Porn, Pornman uses his superpower to save the life of a pornstar in 1983 and thus change the present.

You may want to read the first three parts before going on. I will even wait.

They were ready to save all pornstars who had committed suicide or died from a drug overdose, which were the same act too many times, having saved the life of Shauna Grant (Colleen Marie Applegate), since she was suddenly alive in 2020 (and onwards) after she had committed suicide in 1984 before Pornman had gone back in time and changed it with the help of Dani, his new love.

Pornman thought about all the pornstars he had to save. There were 32 of them left, and they were only those he had discovered and could possibly help. Nonetheless, 14 additional pornstars had committed suicide between 1990 and 2017, with their final decided age ranging between 21 and 50 years (an average age of 29.5 years). The remaining 18 had died from some type of drug overdose between 1979 and 2017, with their final perhaps accidental age ranging between 26 and 41 years (an average age of 32.9 years). Their overall average age was 31 years. What a short existence because of a trait not exclusive to porn, namely greed, the human way!

And thus began the meaningful months. It took almost four of them to save them all. Not all! Nothing is perfect except for Anthi Kanéna. Google her! She is unique. Pornman, with Dani’s help, saved 31 of the 32 remaining pornstars and thus failed with one. You already read about one success, and all successes tend to resemble each other in terms of outcome. Come on, M! Leave him alone! He is in his honeymoon with Anthi. Yes, the one you may have just googled. They are in Portugal, travelling soon to Iceland, followed two weeks later to Tahiti for two weeks, and ending in their beloved Crete until Athens beckons them back.

Failing in this one case meant that Chloe Jones (Melinda Dee Jones), who had died in 2005, age 29, from some prescription drugs overdose (liver failure), would remain dead in 2021 and until the end of humanity or eternity, whichever comes first.

Chloe’s father was killed in a car crash in 1982 at age 29. A coincidence? There are no coincidences in a deterministic universe. By 1989, age 14, she had made two suicide attempts. But that time in space was barely her half-life. Her short life included alcoholism, drug abuse, appendicitis, epilepsy, and leukaemia. Even Superman cannot save anyone from such a handful of diseases. She collapsed more than once from the effects of drugs and alcohol, and while hospitalized at one of these worldly occasions in 2005, Chloe was informed that her liver had given her an adieu. She needed a transplant and was put on a waiting list. But she was not Steve Jobs or any other mortal luminary.

Her last boyfriend was the last to see her alive. It was late during that last night. They stayed at home as they usually did when things were not right or left. She had been drinking and was suddenly hungry, asking him to get her a burger. She was asleep when he returned, and already dead when he awoke at dawn. Chloe was pronounced dead on June 4, 2005, two weeks before her 30th birthday. She was still 29 like her father at the time of his death. She may have believed that she would probably die before she was 30 just like her dad.

I should still tell you the story of Pornman’s attempt to save Chloe. It is up to you if you want to read it. You can stop here. I wanted to let you know from the start that it failed, so not to raise your hopes too high. Life was never easy. M had to invent Anthi. But the Universe, inherently, offers many moments of happiness, some of them more precious than the Moon.

I cannot believe how wonderful this has been, Pornman said in one of his moments of out-loud reveries following a successful back-and-forth in time to save a pornstar from her recorded death.

“Yes, my love,” Dani replied, bending to pick up her panties still on the floor since last night’s celebration when they made love as if there was only one tomorrow left. Right!

Do not expect too much sex in this part or even a little. The previous three parts had more than enough. As the subtitle suggests, Pornman is quitting porn. Why? Could Pornman have eventually committed suicide or overdosed too? Suicide was always a possibility before given the normality of such a thought. But an overdose is improbable given that Pornman only consumes cannabis. And to top it all, Pornman is in love with Dani, his future wife. She seemed taken aback when he announced it to her the other day while kissing her toes. But then she smiled, realizing that he loves her more than anything around or above. There is nothing below either except for Earth’s treasures and iron core. What happened with Chloe?

Lilly googled her and they discovered her unabridged story in several sites, including IMDb. They selected her last film, Chloe and Rose: Fucked Up Adventure, in which she appeared in two of the four scenes, namely Scenes 3 and 4. Scene 3 only involved Rose, whereas Scene 4 also included two pricks, so they chose Scene 3.

They quickly started to shoot a porn scene in the office, calling it, I Want Dani in 2021, so Pornman could think of it in order to return there when their time in the past had come to its conclusion. Dani rubbed her toes against Pornman’s prick to be included in the ride to the past and they both disappeared before Lilly’s eyes from a certain day in September 2021 and appeared on the set of Chloe and Rose: Fucked Up Adventure on a certain day in September 2004.

Around seventeen years back to the past do not seem like a lot, yet 2004 announced numerous firsts and seconds. For example, Facebook was invented to rate the beauty of college women. The 2004 Summer Olympics were finally held again in Greece. (O Anthi!) Chechen rebels took over 1,100 people hostage, mostly children, at a school in Beslan, Russia, with the crisis ending when Russian security forces stormed the building, which resulted in more than 330 people losing their lives. The Indian Ocean Tsunami claimed over 200,000 lives. Life looks cheap in the scheme of things and the reason why the individual tends to win.

Both the filming crew and pornstars were startled when Dani and Pornman suddenly appeared practically naked next to Chloe and Rose. Luckily, they did not appear on top of them. That would have been better, perhaps. What do you think? It was a rhetorical question, but you can leave a comment if so inclined.

We are sorry, Pornman blurted out. Adding that they were looking for the washroom but took a wrong turn would not have worked this time. Dani saved the day, their now, by adding that they were on the wrong set but could help if need be. These were not the ‘60s or ‘70s, so they were asked to leave, which they quickly did, with everyone looking at them still puzzled as to how they appeared there in the first place. Time travel has its perks.

Dani and Pornman waited for Chloe outside in the rain, I mean the Sun. Does it really matter knowing that Chloe will remain dead? They asked to speak to her when she stepped out of the place that housed the porn set (it was not a building). Is there a good word for such a milieu? She smiled but replied that she was pressed for time. It will only take a minute and what we have to say may save your life, they told her, but it did not, of course, since she still died.

“It is not sexual,” Dani added.

“Too bad,” Chloe replied, smiling.

“It can be if you like,” Dani replied, looking at Pornman who smiled mostly inside.

“My boyfriend may think differently,” Chloe said, still smiling.

We simply want to save your life, Chloe Jones, Pornman urged. We want you to remember us and thus remember that prescription drugs will eventually kill you. You could take cannabis, you know, marijuana, to ease your pain and suffering. It has no side effects and it will never kill you.

“You are sweet, both of you. But I manage okay. I have to go now. Thank you for stopping by and your appearing act was something,” Chloe replied.

“Please, remember our words, especially on the days leading to June 4th in a few months. You are not your father and he died by accident,” Dani said, with eyes that could have melted a choir of hearts.

Chloe looked a bit distressed at first, but then she smiled and brushed her feeling away into some obscure recess of her mind. Her heart may have been already wounded beyond repair.

Please, remember that you are loved, Pornman almost shouted after her, as she left them in her crimson car.

Back to the office, Lilly googled Chloe Jones again, but as you already know, she was still dead. Nothing had changed. Chloe Jones died in 2005. Pornman could not stop the tears, as Dani and Lilly too. There will be no threesome this time, Lilly thought (there was one in each of the previous three parts). Yet, there are those who celebrate death with alcohol and what not. Pornman could never find joy in oblivion.
